I'm pleased with selling my phone to SmartphonePLUS. It was a seamless experience. I even reached out because I had a question and there was an efficient professional response. I would use SmartphonePLUS again.

Easy process The only minor issue was that I ordered packing materials from SmartphonesPLUS and it took 9 days for the materials to arrive. During that 9 days I received frequent emails and texts reminding me to ship my phone to them (maybe hold off on those reminders until confirming that the shipping materials have been received). Other than that, when SmartphonesPLUS received the phone they paid quickly and in the amount that was quoted. Overall, I would recommend.

We’re glad to hear the overall process was easy and that your payment was issued quickly for the quoted amount once your phone arrived. We also appreciate you pointing out the delay with the packing materials and the timing of our reminders, this is helpful insight. We’ll use it to improve our communication moving forward. Thanks again for the recommendation and for choosing SmartphonesPLUS!
