I had two separate transactions and…
I had two separate transactions and both went very smoothly! The price they quoted was fair to me and there was little to no hesitation to pay what was quoted. The only negative I have is that when it asks if you need shipping materials, I thought that it meant prepaid shipping labels but that is already figured in. The shipping materials is just a box to ship the phone in.

The process of getting a fair quote and…
The process of getting a fair quote and shipping the computer for free was excellent. I was a little frustrated that my address was initially totally incorrect which led to a delay as I wanted to shipping label to be correct and that it seemed to take longer than what I expected the time to be to do an automatic bank transfer. Overall though, I am very very pleased with my dealings with SmartphonesPLUS

First time seller.
I the offer for my Motorola was decent, so I accepted. Within an hour I received an email with a QR code containing the shipping address. I took it to the USPS office and they fixed me up with a box and shipping label, all at no cost to me. NOTE: The USPS will only use ground shipping for cell phones. A week later an email said payment was approved and another company would contact me. The next day Helio contacted me for payment details. It was 4 more days when payment was received. 15 days from date of mailing the phone to payment received date. Kind of lengthy? I understand companies asking for a review, but wait until the transaction is complete.

Its easy if you're lazy. Partial value for your tech but they take care of everything so not the worst deal in the world
