Sold Locked Phone
Sold me a phone that was locked and had financing applied to it from the previous owner. The listing was falsely made and the seller will not respond to messages.

Lied abt paying in one to three business days
U guys told me tonight my payment is by 8p March 5. That's a long time and let nger than one to three business days. March 2nd to fourth, is one to three business days. What a lie!

Dishonest
I made the order to send in the phone but saw there were cracks in screen. After I made the order and was ready to send in, I realized it had a glass screen protector. I peeled that off and realized that the screen was in great shape. I assumed when it got to your company, an adjustment would be made as condition was extremely better than fair, the option i originally selected. I assumed there would be fairness, honesty, and integrity with this company but you took the lesser payout and did not compensate after inspecting. I have other phones, but have decided to go with another company who has a better business model and will do adjustments. Will never use again and expected more.

During inspection, we found the device to have screen burn. Screen burn are images burned into the background of the LCD, they are commonly seen on an all white background. This type of damage falls under our broken condition guidelines. However, we chose to honor the initial quote and completed the payout without further adjustment. Beware
Sent my watch in and due to issue had the watch returned. Just amazed at how it was returned to me. Totally disassembled, not put back in the watch box, just wrapped the pieces in a little bubble wrap. Definitely won't do business again!!!

Not very fast with sending you your money
Company completed the transaction and stated they had sent the money through venmo on February 28th. Here we are on March 4th in my balance is still showing a zero with no pending payment. Venmo would show pending if the payment was actually sent.

I have not received anything yet for the phone, It is now 1/26 You said it would be going out after 24 hrs. If I don't receive a check from you this week, I want the phone returned.

Ordered 6GB, received 4 GB
I ordered a Samsung A15 through Reebelo that came from this operation. it was listed as having 6GB of RAM. After I spent a few hours setting it up, I saw something on the internet about how rare an A15 is with 6GB of RAM, and figured out how to check it. There were only 4 GB of RAM. Returning it also requires several hours of time, including taking 4 photos and uploading them. Their mistakes will cost you time.
