I couldn’t be happier with my sauna from Smartmak. The build quality is excellent, and it consistently heats up to 194°F in about 22 minutes, which is impressive. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. After delivery, they went above and beyond to customize the sauna to my needs, putting in real effort to make sure everything was just right. That level of care and responsiveness is rare—highly recommend.

Order process was very easy. The company accommodated my schedule on delivery because I was going away and made sure I received sauna prior to my departure. Delivery was great and packaged perfectly. No damage. Installation was a breeze. I had a defective breaker and both company and myself thought it was a unit problem. They worked with me until I fixed the breaker. The only negative is the time zone issue, but we worked through that with evening phone calls and emails. I have used the sauna twice now and I’m very pleased.

Good customer support. Shipment took some time because it was to Hawaii. They are quick to send replacement parts if something is broken.

Purchased a Smartmak® Luxury Traditional Steam Sauna Room. We love it. Make sure to purchase the assembly, as it's not easy but once set up it's a fantastic addition to your home. We love ours. Beautiful wood, and aesthetics. They shipped us a new remote and another bag of rocks no charge. Much appreciated.
