Don't get here their services
Don't get here their services are basic and you can't cancel by yourself and while you try to cancel them by charging your card with the story that every time you enter the system you will charge him but the catch is that the system doesn't let you in without paying for any cancellation or anything else.

Thank you for your feedback. When you signed up, you agreed to a 7-day trial for $1.00, after which the account automatically converts into a paid monthly membership. These details, including the billing terms, were presented clearly during enrollment and included in the confirmation email sent at the start of your trial. Members can cancel their membership online at any time unless the account becomes suspended for lack of payment — which was the situation in this case. Once suspended, cancellation can still be completed through our support team, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. CT. Your account was closed the first time you contacted us on September 3rd. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify how our process works and are glad we were able to resolve this matter promptly.

smartcredit, no so smart!
smartcredit no so smart! I am a current customer of smartcredit.com and trying to rebuild my credit, as I move forward with thier plan, I see loan offers from several lenders. How can a company using the name “smartcredit” promote loan companies with interest rates between 300% and 600%? When I log in and go to my home page, and click the tab for “myLONA” to see if I qualify for any loans, the first one I see is from Ace Cash Express, showing an APR between 396.53% and 495.76%. Seriously—what is going on here? Why is smartredit sponsoring or allowing these types of loan companies into their freaking webiste? I am about to cancel my membership.

Impossible to cancel. STAY AWAY
I signed up thinking my credit score would rise 150 points. Big fat lie. It went up 4, 3 and 9 points. I'm currently trying to cancel subscription. I was paying $30/month. I tried to cancel and they offered a $10/month plan. I declined. Low and behold, I keep getting an error message saying there is a problem, try again later. Looks like I might have to just cancel the credit card. They sent an email saying they could't process payment. Ha Ha Ha. Well, I had locked my card!

We reviewed the member’s account and found the account was actively used until it became suspended on July 24, 2025. The member logged in on July 26 and updated the payment method to pay the outstanding balance. No additional charges were made after that date. The member contacted us on July 31, and no other communication was found from the member’s number or account. It also appears the member enrolled through a partner company. It is possible the member communicated with the partner and not SmartCredit. Regarding the ScoreBoost feature, many members experience score improvements when they follow their personalized payment plan. However, results depend on the member’s own actions and on maintaining stability within their credit file — for example, avoiding late payments, increased spending, or new credit applications. SmartCredit.com provides the tools and insights to help, but score increases are not guaranteed. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify these details.

Smartcredit helped me sooo much
Smartcredit helped me sooo much! I normally don't leave reviews for companies because I'm busy and I just don't have the time, however this has changed my life in such a profound way that I had say something! I started with a credit score in the 630 range and in just 5 months using the tools and advice I've been able get above 700. Not only that but I also had my information received off a bunch of sites that were selling where I live, used to live, etc. It's scary that this stuff is out there and some random guy could just show up at my house. That scares me, so I'm glad this app not only can help you with your score, but also protecting yourself and identity. I will be a customer for life for sure!
