The credit score does not increase and the disputes are not eliminated, and I have been a subscriber for 4 months and I spent 2000 dollars and I do not see any difference since then.

Be cautious when using SmartCredit for credit monitoring. Over the past year, I discovered that I had been charged multiple times for what appeared to be overlapping billing periods. Most credit monitoring services charge you monthly, and if you miss a payment, your access is suspended until you decide to reactivate your subscription. With SmartCredit, however, I discovered that when I updated my payment information, I was charged retroactively for previous months even though I had no access to the platform during those periods. What makes this even more concerning is that these charges appeared as separate transactions several days apart, making them easy to overlook unless you’re carefully reviewing your bank statements. In my opinion, charging customers for months when they were unable to access the service is an unfair billing practice. I will be disputing these charges with my bank and canceling my subscription immediately. As customer service was no help and didn’t care. I strongly encourage anyone using SmartCredit to review their billing history and bank statements carefully. You may be paying more than you realize.

I have cancelled my membership months ago and they charge my bank account anyways months after i had cancelled with them this company doesn't fix your credit and steals your money its a scam bad customer service and they're thief's don't enroll with this company I'm filling a police report and called my bank for a stop payment this is a company that need to be reported and have them close this company

I had to pay a completely different company to repair my credit and get my scores to where I needed them to be. Smart credit takes so long they never call me with updates the only time I hear from them is when they want me to make a payment. I paid for the entire service thinking the process would go quicker because I know it wouldn’t be fast if I’m making payments. No it was still the same slow process regardless I wanted to buy a home and was hoping they would get my credit to the scores I needed. I have been with smart credit for almost a year and no change. Sorry but I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. I really believed in them since I had a friend fix her credit with them but I really don’t know what happened after I signed up.

Me prestaron 300€ y ante la imposibilidad de hacer el pago entero me han cobrado durante 8 meses 108€ mensuales y no solo bastante con eso me han puesto tantos intereses que al final después de los 324€ que me han cobrado encima les doy los 300€ prestados y me han estado llamando 5 veces al día durante 1 mes entero porque decían que me faltaban 300€ más. Al final por un crédito de 300€ he pagado 1000€ cuidado que los intereses son abusivo y te crean un problema psicológico si no los puedes pagar aparte de amenazar con llevarte a los juzgados y embargar tus bienes. Mucho cuidado con esta gente

this company keeps charging automatically even after cancelling in writing and them acknowledging the cancellation. Also, the credit score is not correct they use the vantage 3.0 system which is not what lenders use. Lenders use the fico score system. its better to have membership through experian, equifax and transunion instead.
