Scammers
Smart Credit (Brightside Credit) are scams. Don't waste your time or money with either of these companies. If I could rate them a "-0" that's is where they should be. I cancelled services and 3 months later, I am still being charged the monthly fee, which is beyond ridiculous to me. I informed them that I cancelled my card on my file due to the multiple times I was charged and this dumb company tried per their reps to refund my "cancelled card" 5 plus times and now tell me there is nothing they can do???? I asked if they could provide me the back-up (source docs) to show where they attempted to refund me and it was rejected so I could contact my bank and the dumb rep tells me that they are unable to provide me that information. Someone is lying! Are you serious, their reps, leads and supervisors are pathetic. This is not proper anything at all. My advice is RUN past "Smart Credit and Brightside Credit" as both parties are scandalous. No work was ever completed yet they brag about being able to clear and or clean up your credit. FOLKS do your research and more importantly keep your MONEY and clean your credit up yourself and folks out of your life and business!
