I had to pay a completely different company to repair my credit and get my scores to where I needed them to be. Smart credit takes so long they never call me with updates the only time I hear from them is when they want me to make a payment. I paid for the entire service thinking the process would go quicker because I know it wouldn’t be fast if I’m making payments. No it was still the same slow process regardless I wanted to buy a home and was hoping they would get my credit to the scores I needed. I have been with smart credit for almost a year and no change. Sorry but I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. I really believed in them since I had a friend fix her credit with them but I really don’t know what happened after I signed up.
