UNTRUTHFUL, BAIT N SWITCH I put the order to ship my cars 2 weeks in advance and then it was a no show on pick up date. Then they find numerous untruthful excuses (transmission broken down, driver cancelled the order, driver is picking up other vehicles etc.) and keep telling you that they’ve got a driver that can pick up in the next 3 hours for TWO DAYS STRAIGHT. No body even came and pick up my car 2 days after the agreed pick up window. Then suddenly they DEMAND 2X AS THE ORIGINAL QUOTE and they REFUSED TO REFUND MY $300 DEPOSITS once I said no, and threatened TO CHARGE A $200 CANCELLATION FEE additionally, even if it's their own problem of being no show and not being able to find drivers. Stay away from this company. At least find the other ones that don't need upfront payment — there are plenty of them.

We are a transporting company. Mr Daniel Jones provided excellent service. He answers all questions. Return phone calls in a timely manner. Very responsive. We had a positive experience doing business with Smart Services Group.

Paid a deposit for $190 had to cancel the transport due to a change in my company organization. They refused to refund. The agent absolutely said at time of making my plans for any reason the refund would be returned no questions asked. I received no service and no return deposit. Do not use this company. Fradulent.

This is a horrible company! SCAMMERS! believe the bad reviews! Take pictures of everything. Record conversations! They are not on BBB! They are a bait & switch company to the customers and the carriers! Do your homework! If the price is too good, it’s because it’s a bait & switch! Non-refundable payment!! No matter what!!! I honestly do not believe the positive reviews! They try to get the negative reviews revoked or pulled, but the negative ones, are 1000% true! Just Don’t use them! Period!

My experience with Smart carship was great. They have contact with me about my car, arriving and making sure that I’m happy with the service and they are happy to help.
