Very attentive with following load progress

Worked with smart car shop to move my car from southern to Northern California, there was a bit of a delay and issue with my driver but my rep Adam Wilson kept me up to date and informed on my deliver the whole time as well as getting me a really good deal on price. Really appreciate his help and my car was delivered safely!

Great service , timely pickup and delivery with seamless experience from Simon Smith , helped out from pickup to delivery

Simon was great to work with and made the process smooth. Would recommend this company and Simon to anyone shipping a vehiclel

Ricky Thomas represents a company who lies, cheats and deceives their clients, do not believe the 5 start reviews, they have a network of friends, co-conspirators to edit and post to inflate their satisfaction rating. Lies, lies and additional lies that added uo to an additional $400 after charging my card the "$200" deposit, I will be following up with US Chamber of Commerce and California Better Business Bureau as well based on their scam. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! Book with a transporter who does not charge you an upfront fee , be forewarned!

good ZARA KEVIN

Ricky Thomas provided a quote of 200 down and 545 paid on delivery of vehicle from Florida to NY. This conveniently changed to now $950 on pickup. This is a bait and switch company. Be forewarned. These are not ethical, good people. They are dishonest thieves. Do not bother with any of these dispatch companies, they have no word

We’ll never use this company again. Unreliable drivers miss pick up and delivery. And to top that off, they are not legally able to book loads there US MC and US DOT numbers have been revoked and they are not carrying insurance posted with DOT stay away from this company
