My cats love Smalls. Their food seems like it is keeping them healthy. In my case Smalls has gone above and beyond in customer service. I lost my cat last summer, when I let them know, to cut my order down, they were very helpful. They later sent me a little care package in Tenzin’s memory. That kind of care goes above and beyond.

My experience with Smalls was great even though my 15-year-old cat, Mimi, was dying of cancer. With Smalls, she got to eat food she enjoyed in her last few weeks. I had been making anti-cancer cat food for her, but she eventually started to eat it less and begin to lose weight again. I ordered all of Smalls' flavors and she liked them all. She seemed to particularly enjoy the one called Smooth Pig, which surprised me since I had never fed her pork before. She liked the food even more when I would warm it up slightly in a steamer. Their food has very similar ingredients to the anti-disease diets found in many holistic veterinary care books on pet nutrition. It even has the percentage of moisture on each label, moisture in food being particularly important for cats since cats tend to not drink enough water and eventually develop kidney issues, like Mimi did. The service was great, the food was still frozen when it arrived at my address. When Mimi finally passed away, Smalls was kind enough to send me a box of tiny plants, which I placed in front of Mimi's altar. I'll be sure to come back to Smalls when I'm ready for another cat. Learning to make homemade food for an ailing cat taught me a lot about proper pet nutrition, and that led me to Smalls. Thank you, Smalls, for your healthy products and kind customer care!

I had an picky, old cat who was not eating. She even had hyperthyroidism & was just done with her prescription kibble. After taking the intake survey with Smalls, we tried a few of their suggestions. I am 100% convinced that this food was transformative! She gained weight and energy for over a year on this food! And while she did eventually need to be put down due to an inoperable tumor, Smalls was so kind to us--even sending us condolences when we told them why we stopped being devoted customers. I honestly was starting to think all companies were kind of evil, but Smalls really does care :)

I recently adopted a Silver Persian named Twiggy. She was rescued after being neglected in her original home and was completely matted, malnourished, and suffered severe digestive issues. After about a month in foster care, they let me take her home. At a year old, she is only the size of a four month old because of the severity of the malnourishment and diarrhea. I brought her home Thursday evening and by Saturday morning her digestive issues had completely resolved themselves. No more diarrhea, throwing up, or blood in her stool. It is only day five and she is thriving, and I can guarantee it is because of the improvement to her food and subsequently the way she feels. She was already a very sweet cat, but she has continued to grow braver and brighter every day, while freaking out every time I lay down her wet food out of excitement.

Everything has been great all around.. a few issues with packaging but they fix it with no hesitation ❤️❣️
