Very Professional and supportive
Very Professional and supportive. Easy to use website. Very good quality products. Our very picky cat was fully switched to wet and dry food from Smalls within just a couple of weeks (we slowly were adding it to her previous favorite food, including Smalls dry food to her previously loved dry food, and it worked). Highly recommend this company.

Great food and and service.
Your customer service is top notch. Since I am new to Smalls they helped me figure out a plan that worked for us. Quality of the food is really good the cat loves it. Ĥis fur is softer and he has more energy. Keep up the good work.

Adjusting and loving a healthier diet....
My cats are still adjusting to their Smalls diet but, they seem to love their "special food" dinner time! One of my boys, is a large cat at 22 lbs. He is now eleven years old, slowing down in his age and was becoming more overweight than muscular... since I began his Smalls diet, he is already slimming down and has more energy as well as, healthier litter box habits. I feel good knowing I have chosen to give my fur babies a better diet and healthier life.

That's wonderful to hear! It's so encouraging when you see positive changes in your cats' health, especially in a senior cat. It sounds like your big guy is really benefiting from the switch to Smalls, and we're thrilled to hear about his increased energy and healthier litter box habits. It's completely normal for cats to take a little time to adjust to a new diet, so we're glad they're enjoying their "special food" dinner time! We're honored that you've chosen Smalls to provide your fur babies with a healthier life.

The Best Company
I have to change my auto ships delivery because I don't have a lot of room in my freezer. It is so easy. I can move the date up with no effort. Customer service is available and professional.

Smalls is the best!
The entire Smalls experience has been great. Luna only eats the wet food for now and she seems to love it. Her fur is shinier and looks thicker since she's been eating this food. Her poop isn't nearly as stinky as before she started eating smalls. The shipments arrive in a timely manner and the food has been almost completely frozen upon arrival. It's a little pricey but the quality and convenience make it worth the money. Also their customer service (cat concierge team😹) has been super helpful.

That's fantastic to hear! We're so glad Luna is loving Smalls and that you're seeing such positive changes in her fur and digestion. It's wonderful when a food makes such a noticeable difference! We're also happy that you're pleased with our timely shipments and that the food arrives in good condition. We understand that Smalls is a bit of an investment, but we're thrilled you feel the quality and convenience make it worthwhile. And of course, we're delighted that our Cat Concierge team has been helpful! We're here to support you and Luna every step of the way. Thank you for sharing your positive experience! 😸
