We are so incredibly sorry to hear that your Smalls order was delivered to an address you moved from 8 years ago. We completely understand your frustration and upset, especially given the perishable nature of the food and the difficulty in reaching someone immediately. That is absolutely not the experience we want you to have. It sounds like a very common issue that can occur when using digital payment methods like Apple Pay. These services often save default shipping addresses directly within their own settings, and sometimes an older address can be auto-selected or remain as the primary one, even if you've updated it elsewhere. We have ensured a complimentary replacement is being processed on our end. We hope your kitty enjoys the food!
