Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration you're experiencing with our notices and, more critically, with delayed deliveries. We hear you regarding the notices. While their purpose is to ensure a continuous supply and remind you of cutoff dates, we understand that the frequency can feel excessive. We typically send out Heads-Up emails on Monday or Tuesday before your order is set to charge. However, you can always adjust your plan as needed via your Account Portal. Whether that be postponing/skipping your upcoming order or updating your delivery frequency. We offer up to every 12 weeks! Unfortunately, we have no control over delays with the carrier, but we are always happy to make things right. As a reminder, we process all orders on Fridays and fulfill them on a staggered basis the following Monday-Thursday, according to geographic location. It's fantastic that four of your five cats took to Smalls right away! That's a great success rate with a multi-cat household. We understand that not every cat will love every new food, and it sounds like your fifth kitty has a very strong opinion about Smalls! It's quite funny that she associates our healthy food with medicine – they can certainly be dramatic when they decide they don't like something. We're glad to hear that all five of them enjoyed the treats, though! Those tend to be a universal favorite. We can certainly help you adjust your future orders to focus on the recipes your other four cats love, and perhaps you can continue to offer your fifth cat her preferred food while still giving the others the Smalls they enjoy. We sincerely apologize for any miscommunication and the delay in your shipment. It's completely understandable that you're frustrated. Our warehouse has a tight turnaround on getting orders into the hands of our third-party carriers, and once the order leaves our warehouse it typically takes between 1 and 2 business days to arrive. Whenever an order is processed, it is set to ship as soon as possible, and we ship orders out Monday through Thursday to accommodate getting emergency orders or replacements out to our customers as soon as possible.
