One star because it won’t let me select no stars. Signed up for a one time payment of 25 dollars half off of 50 dollars. NO SUBSCRIPTION. Not only am I charged again but they have the audacity to charge me 175 dollars. Then these incompetent brainless morons can’t refund or contact the shipper (themselves) to have it returned. Please stay away from this corrupt company

I tried this food for my cat & he wouldn’t touch it. I have several friends who tried Smalls too & their cats wouldn’t touch it. I even gave all this food my cat wouldn’t eat (& I tried to cancel before they shipped & they refused to stop the order) to my friend who had a feral cat adopt him & his cat wouldn’t eat it! What’s the point of how good the food is if cats won’t touch it? I even tried to add tasty cat gravy to it & that failed. It’s very expensive, unappealing to cats & not great customer service. Look for something else. I’ve had cats for decades. Most all lived long, healthy, quality lives…without Smalls. (One developed Cancer & another had a heart defect & still lived years longer than expected). I feed my cats quality food they enjoy & aren’t so absurdly priced.

I ordered a sample box to try out for my cats. I travel often and haven’t had the time to try making the switch. Before I know it, they’re sending me another box with over $100 worth of food. I noticed they were still prepping the order and asked to cancel. They cancelled my subscription, but not the order. I have no room in my freezer even if I wanted to keep this for later. I will never return to this and I urge you to go to the grocery store and just buy some ground turkey or something. Not worth the headache of surprise packages and poor customer service. I’ll stick to Chewy orders for sure! They would cancel my order, tell me to donate the food, and refund me. Class act unlike these guys. Guess it’s part of growing a business.

Not 1 of my 4 cats will eat it I put it out as the only option for a week tried using a dollop of the usual wet food on top they won't touch that. Put out the usual and they cleaned the bowl immediately canceled the subscription made it clear the cats won't touch it not one reply or a refund was sent. The cancelation was perfect no 2nd delivery Tried leaving some out back for the random wildlife they won't eat it either. Contacted 2 rescues they don't want it. Gave it to a friend with 6 cats and none of the cats will eat it she put it out for the raccoons they won't eat it either The refund should just available but the terms are restricted. Don't boast about refund and put barriers to jump and red tape that prevents access to the POS to complete the process....

My cats will not eat this even when it is warmed. Customer service told me that it takes 2~4 weeks for them to get used to it so apparently I need to waste food for that long? I don’t remember buy a new product of any kind without a money back guarantee Contact your credit card to stop or refund payment

Absolutely horrible. They use trickery and wording to get you to sign up and then charge you so soon after to by the time they ship your first order that when your cat won’t eat it you have so little time to cancel if you even know you had a subscription in the first place. They refused a refund even though I offered to return the order. I now have all this expensive food that I have to throw away. I tried to give the food to my mom and sisters cats who also won’t eat it. My mom even offered it to strays who won’t eat it. So good luck hope your cats eat it and if not I hope you can get a refund cause I couldn’t!!

I was unable to speak with an actual person about the delivery problem I was having. The only communication available was through text or email which made me feel like my business was not important enough to be able to actually speak with a human about the problem.

I canceled because they were overflowing my freezer. After changing my delivery interval to 12 weeks, receiving email confirmation of it, they still shipped my order 4 weeks after the last one despite acknowledging my change to 12 weeks. Reading other comments here, I see I am not alone in this experience.
