All around excellent
Excellent response time from customer service. Shipping was fast! and well packaged with dry ice and eco-friendly starch insulation. A lot of thought has gone into the packaging and the food! Both cats feel more satisfied with the food and so are eating less. The protein is 13-15% vs 10-11% with their prior Fancy Feast pate food. The litter box definitely doesn't smell as strongly as before. The food packaging is easy to open and store any unused.
