My cats really love the food. It’s very fresh smelling so I feel good about giving it to them. Typically I cook for them. This is a nice change of pace for me as well.

My cats have tried 3 of the 7 flavors I ordered! So far they’ve loved 2 and tolerated 1. The starter pack variety is wonderful to really get a feel of what your cats palette is without wasting a bunch of money by purchasing 10+ of the same flavor. I’m looking forward to seeing how they do with the other flavors but regardless I know they’re obsessed with 2 of them which is a win for me! Great product

That is fantastic news! Thank you for sharing such a great update. It sounds like the Sampler is doing exactly what it's supposed to do—helping you pinpoint your cats' favorites without expensive waste. We're thrilled that you are finding the variety so helpful and that your cats are loving the product. Please keep us updated on how they feel about the rest of the flavors! 😻

This helped my cat so much. I wish I wasn’t so poor otherwise I would have kept up with it

That is so meaningful to hear! Thank you for letting us know how much Smalls helped your cat. Knowing that it made a real difference in their health means the world to our team. I understand that the cost can be a significant barrier, and we are sorry that financial constraints made it difficult to keep up with the subscription. We wish we could make it accessible for every cat! Please remember that even a small amount of high-quality, fresh food as a topper a few times a week can still offer nutritional benefits. If you ever want to explore a low-cost, budget-friendly option, please feel free to reach out. We are always here to help explore options!

I ordered some food and my cat didn't like it and you refunded me
Response from SmallsOct 14, 2025
Thank you for taking the time to leave this 5/5 star review! We are happy to hear that even though our food wasn't a hit with your cat, our Money-Back Guarantee process went smoothly, and you received your refund quickly. We appreciate you giving us a try 😻

Great product just wish I didn't have to get a subscription to purchase it
Response from SmallsOct 14, 2025
We're glad to hear you think our product is great! I understand your frustration—you are not alone in wishing you could purchase without committing to a subscription. We are currently structured as a subscription-only service for our fresh food because it allows us to manage inventory and the complex logistics of shipping frozen food efficiently. This ensures you always receive the freshest possible product. However, we strive to offer as much flexibility as possible through the Account portal, including the ability to change items, quantities, recipes, plan size, ship dates, and more. Again, we appreciate the feedback!
