That is fantastic feedback! Thank you so much for sharing your three-month update on Franco. We are thrilled to hear that he is happy and that the variety is helping to prevent boredom. The most important result, though, is the clear health improvement: no more vomiting, and less shedding means no more hairballs! That's a huge win for his digestion and overall comfort. We appreciate you recommending our fresh food 😻

That's fantastic to hear! Thank you for sharing such positive feedback with us. We are thrilled that you find the Heads Up emails and the option to skip a delivery so helpful for managing the freezer inventory for your kittens. Knowing you can easily control both the amounts and the flavors (now that the kittens have made their preferences known!) through the online system is exactly what we aim for. And we are always here for you via text or email with a prompt response whenever you need us! We appreciate you being a customer 😻

That is absolutely one of the best stories we've ever heard! Thank you so much for sharing that. Pete clearly knew exactly where to be to turn you into a cat guy. It just takes that one special kitty to show you what you were missing. We're thrilled that Pete is thriving on the Smooth Pig—he deserves the very best. Welcome to the club 😻
