SmallsReviews of smalls.com

I contacted the company immediately on receiving the order about a refund or how to return because neither of my cats would eat it. I was told that I would be refunded. They charged me once $72. and again $5.00. They refunded me $27.56. When I contacted them again and asked why I didn't get my full refund I was told that the only thing they refund is the price of the kit. I have a freezer with this food my cats wont eat, they wont refund me, nor take the product back. I told them I was NOT giving them a favorable review due to this! Be very careful if you want to try this and only order the KIT. For $76.00 all I got is a glass dish!

Annoying and kept charging me for something i didn't sign up for

Disappointed. Don’t understand the reasoning behind a company policy refusing a refund on an unopened non perishable feeding dish.

UNTRUSTWORTHY. They added items I did not order (one bag of freeze-dried food @$40 + 3 pkgs of broth @$5.00 each). They said i had altered my upcoming order and told me the date I'd altered it, which happened to be the day after a phone call I had with a concierge, during which I told her my cats wouldn't eat the Puffy Bird dry food. They refused to refund me $55 for the items in question. When I asked for printed proof that I had changed the order, they stopped communicating with me. Ive had this type of experience before. THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM!

We had an issue with a product we purchased. Send photos right away and never heard a thing back from customer service. Would never recommend your Products to anyone

Very disappointed with both the food and the customer service. My cats would not eat this food at all, despite following the company’s recommendations and trying to mix it with their usual food. There was absolutely no improvement. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. They promised me a refund, but I never received my money back. Communication was unhelpful, and in the end I felt completely ignored. I cannot recommend this company. The product did not work for my cats, and the customer service was useless when it came to resolving the issue. Stay away

Like others who have reviewed here, I ordered a sample box with no intention of subscribing. My cat wouldn’t touch any of the food. It has the texture of sand. A few weeks later, I got an email saying my next order had shipped and I was charged $115. There was no notification in advance. In fact, one of the dozen buttons I had to click to cancel the subscription was an offer to send reminder emails. They intentionally don’t send them by default because they don’t want you to have a chance to cancel. It’s a scam, and the food is low quality.

The food is not packaged properly. Made my cat so sick. I fed him the smooth bird and he vomited/diarrhea all over the house . I spend 1k in Er bill thinking he probably ate something toxic around the house. I fed him smalls wet food again and he diarrhea again. Now i know for sure its the smalls food. DO NOT BUY. I asked for a refund but who knows if they will.
