My original order was messed up. It arrived late and things were not frozen. Smalls immediately made a new order and sent it to me. My senior kitties like it but my eldest is almost 16 and it’s made a difference in her overall appearance, vitality and personality. Prior I was spending the same or more on “the best” cat food available! I appreciate the whole Smalls team. They are quick to respond and my successive orders have been on time and perfect! I appreciate your attention to detail, time, function and communication.

That is wonderful feedback! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your full experience. I'm truly glad we were able to quickly rectify the initial shipping error and get you a fresh order immediately. It is fantastic to hear that your senior kitties like the food, and especially that your almost 16-year-old is showing a visible difference in her appearance, vitality, and personality! Knowing that you are spending the same or less than you were on other high-end foods, but getting better results, is exactly what we aim for. We appreciate you recognizing our team's effort in being quick to respond, and for noticing the attention to detail, time, function, and communication on your successive, perfect orders. Thank you for trusting the entire Smalls team.

My 15 year old 6.5 pound Siamese has decided she will eat Smalls. That's no small decision because she had put herself into liver failure from refusing to eat everything else, including her old favorite: home cooked chicken. She is now gaining her weight back and has the zoomies again!

That is incredible news! Thank you so much for sharing that story. We are truly honored that she has decided to eat Smalls and that she is now gaining her weight back and has the zoomies again. That is a huge victory for her health, and it's proof of the difference high-quality, palatable food can make. She is clearly a resilient fighter 😻
