My cats are doing well on this diet. Food arrives as and when expected.

The food is great and my cat really loves it. It's expensive but high quality food. I'm not happy with the shipping experience. Wish they'd use another carrier.

My cat Charlotte absolutely loves this food! She was having issues with vomiting almost every other day with her dry food and began licking her fur off. After several vet visits, multiple different dry foods , medications and lots of money spent with no improvement. I decided to try Smalls --She has improved dramatically in the last 3 months. Her fur has grown back and is soft and shiny. She is well hydrated and looks forward to meal times. The food comes on time and in a secure dry ice container. The Smalls customer service is very responsive. I only wish we had come up on this much earlier !! My one and only suggestion is to relook at the plastic packaging the food comes in to make it more earth friendly.

I like the options available for cats. The "licks" area hit but the gravy in a thumbs down. I can't get them to come close to the gravy.

The order to receive time is v long. I have to place orders 10days ahead of expected need. I wish there is a way to put orders into action mid week instead of just fridays.

I bought enough for my three cats, but two of them don’t like it. My third cat loves it. I like that it can be frozen and thawed when needed. I don’t like that you have to buy a LOT to not pay the expensive shipping costs.

The food is wonderful and delivery and service are great. Customer service is fantastic. However the product was already thawed. My replacement order was sent the same day as I called them to report this and I recieved the replacement the following day. This was the only drawback for this order and was weather related. The package was delayed 3 days at UPS and arrived with everything warm. SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
