Count me among the customers that have never liked their pushy, car-salesman subscription model since soon after my purchased sampler arrived! They very quickly attempt to buttonhole you into their subscription model that is very costly. The website is virtually useless, and I'm now convinced this is by design! Lastly, my 2 cats only liked their freeze dried treats & freeze dried duck & refuse to actually eat their regular dry food at all! JUST DON'T.. this ends up feeling like a subscription-based, profit-making Co using cat food as the justification to entrap & bill customers.

The food is good quality and my cat likes it but when I wanted to cancel cause my order kept getting pushed back when it was arriving and I got a notice it would be another week before they were able to ship it I asked for it to be canceled and for a refund all sudden it had already been ship and would be there tomorrow when the just told me they couldn’t ship my order till next week I still haven’t gotten it to the point now it’s almost been a month, honestly just make ur own food cheaper and less of a hassle and my cat likes it more Btw they are marking Up the cost by 100% if not more also the worst website ever looks cute but incredibly hard to use

Decided to check my spam one day, and realized I had an email from Smalls- specifically about the follow up order from the free trial. I was honestly about to ignore it, but soon came to realize that I was being charged 138 dollars of cat food- for one cat! I can NOT afford that, and went to cancel it immediately. Except- the log in button is completely broken and claims its "under beta" yet every other link on the site works. Sketchy. Would not work on my phone either, but eventually used my history to pull up the first time I visited my account. Poked around for a bit, tried to find a way to cancel my order... nothing. Oh, but I can delay it. That's the only option they give you. I probably would have come back later and retried the subscription if the cancellation wasn't such a hassle. (Actually, its not even a hassle... its literally nonexistent) Eventually I just pulled everything from my upcoming order and took out my billing info. 0/10 would not recommend a company that is not upfront. Censoring your customers just to keep business is such a low blow, dude. No respect.

My first shipment arrived warm and had to be thrown away as it was unsafe for my cat. I was promised a replacement shipment which never arrived. I just want my money back!

We signed up for the sample and our cats didn’t like the food. They Autoshipped an unwanted $270 order of food based on the subscription sign up that was not clear to my wife. They claimed they sent email - they did but went to spam and texts - they did not - to notify of this auto ship. I’m guessing they use the same email alias for marketing as customer service and this is why it went to SPAM. I’ve not had a company scam me out of my $$ like this in a long, long time. Normal companies have clearer subscription sign ups, opt in versus opt out subscriptions and better customer service. I don’t beilieve they are in this for the cats - they are in this for the money and you should consider this when using their service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.

Almost 60 dollars worth of food arrived spoiled. Been trying a month to get a refund. Was told I'd have it replaced immediately, but it just never happened. Very frustrating that there is absolutely no way to speak to anyone at this company. I had to text about it, again, and i was ignored and just given some rote response. The fact that the food arrived rotten was totally ignored. There is no nsense.of urgency or care, whatsoever. Also, if you join this service, keep in mind that the "sample kit" is useless, because they just go ahead and send everything immediately after the samples, with no consultation. I am glad that people have a had a good experience. It just must be the luck of the draw. Its been a nightmare for me and I couldn't recommend to anyone.

Trial practices are only seen by fraudulent companies, basically you won’t get your trial shipment in time to cancel if not satisfied. You will get charged $246 in no time to react properly.

My cats do like some of their wet food options (mostly just chicken... now that I think about it, they only like chicken out of 4 different options! I should definitely cancel their service.. only if their website would let me). Even with some major quality issues with their packaging where you can't open any of them without scissors, what actually made me write this rage review is for their absolutely s***ty, rage-inducing website. I really don't know which high school kid they hired to make their website from scratch, but it's just so laughably bad that I had to spend some time to give it a bad review.
