Smalls has made a tremendous difference in not only our three cats in general but for our twenty year old cat, Dot, it's absolutely unbelievable. I have tried for the past few years to find nutritious food that she actually ate and that would help her gain better health plus get to a healthy weight. I am not exaggerating when I describe her as extremely underweight. I seriously had little hope for her longevity. I came across a Smalls ad when having done a deep search for some real food for her. I read every ingredient on each Smalls feline product I was so impressed I ordered it immediately. My gut said that this was the answer to helping our beloved Dot. Fast forward to the arrival of frozen solid packages the variety of types of meat with the perfect texture for her. There was also freeze dried food, treats, and broth which was also frozen. I warmed the food and she , I swear, has not eaten with such vigor for many years. My younger feline boys Loki and Casper who, I might add, equally loved every single product as well. That said, . I am thrilled to have the absolute healthiest food available anywhere. Update: after just two weeks Dot has not only gained weight but she has been jumping and climbing like she has not done for probably ten years. Her energy is significantly greater.

Smalls has such amazing customer service. In an era where it feels like most companies could not care less about their customers, Smalls has bent over backwards to assist with any concerns or issues that I've had Seriously, the best. Specifically, in this instance, David helped me out and went far above and beyond

All my three kittens love Smalls. They prefer the smooth recipe. I do still feed canned food too. I do appreciate the convenience of ordering and shipping. I wish it's more affordable and if they have different sized packs.

I wanted to move away from feeding from cans so I tried Smalls. I have a young Maine Coon and a senior domestic short hair and they both loved the food right away. It comes very carefully packaged thus frozen solid. Feeding Smalls reduced stinky poop. The trial amount is perfect and a good price. The food is expensive but so far seems worth it. They give you yummy kitty treats with every order. It's easy to change preferences on reorders as long as you read your emails.

The order process was easy and provided a nice selection for a first purchase. My cat loved almost all of the recipes, but I couldn't continue due to job loss. I will definitely order again once I am able, my cat is 15 yo, and after 2 weeks of feeding her Smalls, she hasn't had any digestive issue as in the past. She is a grazer so I only put a small amount out at a time to maintain freshness. She loves it!

When our senior cat became ill, we decided to try Smalls and we sent for the trial. We have 2 other 2 year old cats. Unfortunately our senior cat passed before receiving the trial food. I contacted Concierge to notify them and they conveyed their sympathy and we reduced the amount of food needed. After trying the food, our 2 other cats loved it! They are not fond of the freeze dried food so I reached out to the Concierge again for help and someone responded very quickly with different ideas to try. We expected the food to be expensive but we were saddened by the extremely high price. We are on a fixed income and chose to stop the service for now. Obviously the Smalls food is top notch and our girls love it. If things change for us, we will reactivate our account. One last note, I came home one day and found a package on our deck. It was from Smalls with a plant in memory of the passing of our senior cat. Everyone at smalls are caring and so AWESOME!!
