I am extremely disappointed in my experience with this company. I have one cat and they signed me up for an automatic subscription for over $100 per shipment? I don't think so. I don't even spend that on myself for food per month. And I don't know where in nature my cat would eat green beans or peas. Just Another scam in my opinion. Furthermore, my cat won't touch the food so I have $100 in wasted food. And their solution is to tell you to buy more things to entice your cat to eat it. On top of $100 already? Again, I don't think so.

I've gone around twice with this company and they got even worse!! They are actually trying to gaslight me with fraudulent screenshots and tell me I changed an order I very much did not and that I opened an email I never received! Being the second time with them, I know I have to read EVERY email I get from them, and I never got the one they said I read. Unethical and unbelievable. Someone please let me know when we're suing these creeps. In the meantime, thank my credit card protection.

I saw the ad and thought this was a good product and decided to try. My cat did not like the food at all, so I cancelled my account and received a txt message from their “cat concierge” confirming it. Yesterday I received another order and their explanation is: “Something triggered an order” and now they can’t refund me. But they are very sorry for the mistake. Beware of this scam

These people are thieves and charlatans. Scary stuff. They pretend to be all adorable and cute and sweetie pie but as soon as you provide your credit card for a "trial" they slam you with their horrible food and bill you every 2-3 weeks for hundreds of dollars. Do NOT make the same mistake as thousands of others who fell for this scam did. They KNOW it is unethical to force people to opt-OUT of a service that they never consented to, or signed up for, rather than allow customers to exercise their own free will to CHOOSE to opt IN. This company is a tremendously greedy wolf in cat's clothing - contemptuous of human beings - fleecing them as quickly and efficiently they can.

I've used Smalls on and off for about 1 year and recently cancelled my subscription after customer service told me they cannot guarantee consistency in their food, which is a huge problem as all 3 of my cats stop eating when they change their food. Happened with me 5-6 times in the time I used them and had to throw away all the food, switch our cats to a different brand every time this happened. So they have 2 kitchens and both have different recipes for their chicken food, our cats only like food from the original kitchen and refuse to eat anything from the 2nd kitchen.

The website is unavailable so I can't log in to make changes for my pet food order or cancel my subscription. My pet has always been a big eater but she does not seem to like the wet food from smalls. She does like the dry kibble

Customer service sucks. I ordered their sampler to try it. You know try before you buy and my cats did not like it. They would only touch a little bit of the freeze dried. Anyway, I didn’t know it automatically signed me up for a subscription. I didn’t want that at all. You’d think if you try it they would reach out and be like “hey did you like it you want more?” But no, instead they did the opposite of commons sense and just immediately subscribe you without your consent. Of course that’s how they make their money. They did not issue me a full refund, and I’m a first time customer. They only gave me half refund. I’ve corresponded with other subscription services and they have given me my money back before. I also work in customer service and if the customer wants a refund, you give it to them. ESPECIALLY if they are first time customer. The food is not high quality and the cats hate it. It’s not fair to not get a refund and be charged for another box of food that will go to waste that I never asked for. Oh and also I never opened any of the food in the second box and they won’t allow returns, so again, wasteful.

My cats would not even touch this stuff, it legitimately looked and smelled like vomit, “human grade” really doesn’t mean anything I guess. There is no way to cancel your subscription online, you have to contact customer service.
