My cats and my dog won’t touch this food. Before I could cancel I had a massive shipment no one will eat. I tried to change the order before I got here but instead they sent the same order anyway, and also they charged me a dollar for every change I made directly right then from my bank. Why are you charging me to try something else instead of canceling? Poor business model. It will fail. My animals would eat it if it was good. Now I have a freezer full. If anyone else has animals that are gobbling it up please let me know and I will send it to you.

Horrible, Absolutely horrible!!! I looked for healthier food for my cat but after feeding her Smalls cat food, my cat had to visit a pet ER because she started having seizures and it got severer over time. She never had seizures before and after i stopped feeding it to her, seizure never came back which confirmed my suspicion. Dont ever feed this horrible stuff to ur fur babies.

Terrible I ordered and wrong food on order a minute after I ordered I text them since that’s the only option and they said they would get. Back 2.5 hrs later I get a ship date I’m cancelling and not going back terrible customer service

Buyer beware. My cats wouldn’t touch the food. I cancelled. I didn’t realized that, as the customer, Smalls makes their money back guarantee my responsibility to specifically and separately request a refund. When I checked why I hadn’t received a refund, I was told my request was made 30 days after the order was placed and the refund window had closed.

I’ve been wanting to try Smalls cat food for a while but their website and subscription experience almost put me off. 1. I can’t find a way to just add products to a cart. They force you to go through the rigmarole of filling out a detailed form for each pet. 2. I didn’t even realise I was subscribing to anything. I thought I was buying a one-off sampler. Where was this information hiding? 3. I can’t cancel the subscription without cancelling the sampler? This is such predatory behaviour from a brand that I really want to like. Now I have to set a calendar alert to cancel? Do you hate your customers that much??? I would have absolutely subscribed after confirming my cats like the food but now I just want to cancel the whole thing and not even try. You guys might be tricking some customers into a subscription but you’re also losing money on the ones that don’t want to play your games.

Bad product

Either of two cats did not eat this food. They smelled it then walked away. Did not eat it even when close to dinnertime. Gave it away to neighbor who has several cats. Will not order again.
