My cats really like the kibble, which I've been gradually mixing in with their regular kibble. They also seem to REALLY like the freeze dried raw meat treats/kibble. I don't know that I would continue with the wet food, however. They ignore it for the dry kibble and it is taking up a lot of room in my freezer. I also think it would be helpful to have some more instructions on the wet food packaging, like whether you should/can heat it first. I was taken aback by the fact that I couldn't simply cancel my subscription on the website and that the company sent me such an enormous order for two cats (again, freezer space and money), but I do like the dry and freeze dried food and treats.

I have had some trouble with the website in changing my order, other than that, the customer service has been very responsive about it and have gone ahead and helped with any order changes I wanted to make. The food is good quality and my cat loves it, especially the chicken ones:) I'm taking off one star only because of the website issues which I hope are fixed soon!

My Kitties eat it; they don't not eat Smalls wet food. My only question on serving temperature: I serve it thawed from refrigerator. Would cats prefer it warmed or cold? I've been using Smalls for my 10-15 week old kittens (black) and their fur is glowing and soft. They have plenty of energy day and night. So, I think it's good food. Just would like guidance on cold from Fridge or warmed room temp?? Thanks Smalls for making human grade cat food. Cats are smart. XO

Your website experience could definitely be improved. I had trouble viewing my order, delivery timeline, and subscription. The email summary had several line items that didn’t have a description, but when I reached out to the smalls support team via text, they were very responsive and helped me untangle things quickly. A+ on the support team. I see that you don’t seem to have an easy way to cancel a subscription online. To be frank, my own company does exactly this, and I think it’s a really crappy way to achieve metrics. If I could change it with my own company, I would. As a consumer, I think it really sucks to prioritize win back opportunity over consumer autonomy. That said, the quality of food is great, we’re happy to be introducing some more liquid into her diet in an organic way. Happy to be on the expensive cat food train, we love this little beast and hope she appreciates the thought we’ve put into making sure she’s happy and comfortable.

I’m happy with the products but I received the chicken dinner instead of the chicken pate. I have emailed the company this evening, so I’m sure I will get a response tomorrow.

My cat loves the chicken and fish, but not the beef so much. Delivery was on time, and I love the check-ins.

We are still in the learning stages with Smalls. Our veterinarian recommended the need for her getting more moisture with her diet/meals......thus, trying Smalls! My cat loves the flavors of the food, but we are still trying to find the right textures & combinations for her. Picky, picky, picky girl! We have tried some of the kibble, freeze dried giblets, pates & minced. So far, we are finding the minced seems to be her favorite. The cat concierges are kind & helpful. I hope I will eventually be able to make my own order edits rather than sending a message to do so. Hope to continue feeding my fur baby such a high quality product. Thank you.

Great quality. We immediately saw a difference with coat shine, the smell of breath and poops of our cat. He got used to his new food quickly but is not a fan of the freezed-dried kibble. On the pricey side though for cat food, which is why I put only 4 stars. It's an investment
