Full disclosure, I have only received two shipments of Smalls so far. Overall love this company. Love what they are doing. My cat goes nuts for the food every meal. I like knowing exactly what my cat is eating and that it is fresh high quality food. My only issue is with the packaging. It does have an "easy open" tab but I have not found it easy to open. I struggle with the packaging for a few minutes, then hand it to my partner who struggles for a few minutes, and then we resort to cutting it open. Not a huge issue in the scheme of things but thought it was worth sharing.

The quality of this food is amazing. My cats flock to it, and I feel great about giving it to them. I also want to express how phenomenal the customer service is. I was asking extremely detailed questions about food ingredients to help me decide to purchase, and the representatives were all friendly, patient, and incredible at helping me understand the food and my kitties' needs. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5, because when I received my emailed receipt, I noticed the shipping fee is $10. I didn't realize it would be this much, and would have liked to know up front so I could calculate better for my budget. Thank you smalls!

Cats are really liking the food a lot. Though my waste has increased using a subscription service like this and how the meals are portioned, they still keep the packaging very minimal for what it is. I do not give 5 stars purely because of the issues I have with opening the individual food packages. I’ve gone through over three weeks’ worth of food for two cats and neither my boyfriend nor I have been able to use the tab they provide to open the plastic packaging. I only ever succeed in ripping the sticker off. I have to use scissors and wrestle it open every time.

The chicken kibbles - big hit. Freeze dried chicken - big hit. Frozen food - moderate hit. That's okay, the dry food is great in that I know it's grain free and great ingredients. I'll continue to purchase the dry food, but probably not the frozen food. I give the dry food 5 stars.

I like the Smalls company’s very clean and modern looking packages. Definitely, their food doesn’t smell like a cat food...more like regular food. My cat doesn’t go crazy about the food, but he eats. Additionally, I like their cat concierge service. They respond your all questions promptly. The company is focused on just cats and their special nutritional needs. Unfortunately, nobody answered my two phone calls.

My cats like the food and the delivery has been excellent. My only concern is that I cannot find a list of ingredients. How do I know that the food is nutritionally balanced for cat health? I know this is a start up but will you be updating your website with additional facts?

I ordered Smalls on a lark. I have four cats, but took the sampler for two.... My anxious, too skinny, misery kitty, Princess Jocelyn, the only cat I have who was not "a stray who came indoors" is crazy in love with the freeze dried duck; she also likes the freeze dried turkey. I cannot feed the kibble because it has rosemary; my cat Opi has seizures from rosemary or rosemary extract, so that was disappointing. I gave the kibble to my friends in rescue and they are reporting that cats in their care love it. So Smalls is a hit with the Princess and she is gaining weight!

My cat seems to like the chicken flavor wet food. He tends to like wet food with a gravy. He will not eat the treats though. We have not tried the other flavors of wet food yet.
