Thanks for giving Smalls a try! We completely understand that every cat has their own unique tastes and preferences, so there's no need to apologize! We've cancelled your subscription as you requested, so you won't receive any more deliveries 💛

Hey Pamela! Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your recent experience with our Smalls did not meet your expectations. After reviewing your account, we see that you successfully cancelled your subscription on 3/20. However, we understand that it may not have been clear that cancelling your subscription does not automatically cancel any orders that have already processed. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused. We would like to assure you that we are committed to improving our service and appreciate your feedback as it provides us with an opportunity to learn and make improvements. To make things right, we would like to offer you a refund for this order and one of our Cat Concierges will be reaching out to you shortly via email to assist you with this process. 💛

Hey Dawn! Apologies for the trouble here. After reviewing your account, we see that you successfully cancelled your subscription on 3/29. However, we understand that it may not have been clear that cancelling your subscription does not automatically cancel any orders that have already processed which is why we issued a refund! If your kitties don't enjoy the food the best option will be to donate it to a local animal shelter. They're always happy to take donations of high quality food, so they can focus their budget and energy on what's really important - finding homes for the friends in their care. 😺

I am so sorry for any confusion or stress here! When you purchase a sampler order through Smalls, you are also signing up for a recurring subscription that starts two weeks after your sampler purchase. As a visibility measure, we ensure this is noted on the check out screen before purchase, as well as in follow up communications regarding your transition process, including Heads Up emails sent out before your first full box ships.

Rest assured, we're working hard to bring Pulled back as soon as possible. In the meantime, we've added some other delicious meals to our menu that your kitty might enjoy just as much. Who knows, they might even find a new favorite! 😻
