I have a cat who has been diagnosed with irritable bowl disease. I was hoping that a natural food diet would ease some of her symptoms. Unfortunately I couldn't get her or one of my other cats to eat it at all. I tried waiting until they were very hungry and even that didn't work.

First off my cats love this food. They actually finish it compared to even the higher end Canned cat food they get sick of really quickly. I received my sample pack of food and half of it was smushed so it was tampered. I emailed my Cat Concierge and she gave me a refund on my next purchase. The order went through and I didn’t get my refund, so I reached out again and a manager or owner emailed me back and apologized and sent proof of my refund. Even though it wasn’t perfect at the beginning (nothing is perfect right now in the world anyways), I always felt as though my issue was handled or was going to be handled.

Great customer support! Polite, prompt to reply, and informative. The food seems to be of good quality. However, my cats wouldn't even touch the wet food. Sadly, they wouldn't eat the freeze-dried food either. Though they pounced on the kibble samples like they'd been waiting for it all their lives. So I ordered more of that, but now they're not so keen. Cats, who can figure them out? The litter is made from millet seed and pretty bright yellow. It seems okay, but had some dust fly up the first time I poured it in the box but not when scooping. It clumps quickly and does not seem to get tracked through the house, which is good.

My cat seems to like the food (about 3 weeks in) and I'm reasonably confident that it's better for him than anything else I can find either online or at the store. So, that's the good. The bad: it's incredibly expensive, especially the freeze-dried kibble, and the subscription model is kind of annoying... certainly not a dealbreaker, and I guess it's nice to be pushed to change the order so I don't forget and run out of food for le cat, but I'd prefer a more straightforward ordering system.

It's an excellent product, just quite expensive.

I feel good about feeding my buddy something better than ordinary cat food to him. But he's not always a biggest fan. He definitely has a couple of favorites.

My cat loves this food, which is the most important thing! It's healthy and cost effective, so overall I'm satisfied. It was a little difficult to figure out exactly how much to order for my plan as I'm not great with math and had to do some to figure out calories & quantities. My only other complaint: the packaging for the fresh food is really difficult to open.

Great products! The freeze-dried giblets are a hit with this cat family. At first, my cat liked the wet foods from Smalls, but now he doesn't. Unfortunately, I'm now stuck with 5 frozen food containers that my cat won't eat (you're required to buy 6 if you subscribe). I hope that Smalls will reconsider this as time goes on. That's the only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. Anyway, their dissolvable insulation packaging is great and much appreciated!
