The quality of the healthy food for my cat! The customer support was really helpful and answers all my questions in a timely manner which i appreciate! I really like having the food delivered to my home which is a great convenience! I will continue to buy only Smalls food for my cat as I am well satisfied! Thank-you Smalls!

Shiny coats and balanced energy!
I transitioned my 2 young cats to Smalls two months ago. They had previously been on a good-quality natural dry food, but I had begun to notice that they were not as playful, and their fur seemed almost greasy and dull. I was increasingly concerned about their hydration. So I tried canned food. No go! They didn't eat any of the ones I tried. They took to Smalls so easily! They love the smooth chicken and smooth fish/chicken. Now they are visibly healthier with silky, shiny coats and better, balanced energy! Yay! Although Smalls' cat food is expensive, the quality is high, and you can order in quantity to save on shipping. And I am anticipating that their vet bills will be lowered over time on this healthy diet.

I was very intrigued by the product…
I was very intrigued by the product because it appears to be one of the healthiest out there for cats.
All three of my 13-year-old siblings loved it. Initially first couple of days mixed in with their other food, but then they went to enjoying just the Smalls.
I’ve tried other “healthier” products before, there were some side effects: “yeasty ears” (vet’s term), allergic itching. So far, no side effects with Smalls. 🤞🏼

I believe their intentions to create a variety of healthy cat food is wonderful . The feline I own is almost 18. Bless her . She grew up on canned food in gravy … guess that worked good. She does not like this food … I believe she would have enjoyed it if I had introduced it to her before she was so set on her ways..

Try your cats on a Smalls sample pack
I took advantage of a great sample pack deal to try Smalls. The deal included a free lifetime pack of treats with each order and a 20% discount on future orders. I hoped to supplement my cats' normal canned diet with this higher quality food. I had plenty of time - nine days - for my cats to try the sample packs prior to the first order ship date. I was able to adjust the order frequency and size in my online Smalls account, but be prepared - if you order enough to get free shipping you'll need plenty of freezer space. The sample pack was well packaged, arrived on time, and the contents were in perfect condition thanks to dry ice. I'm very glad Smalls offers sample packs to try though. One of my four cats LOVED Smalls in every flavor. But my other three cats wouldn't eat any flavor of Smalls, not for the five days I tried them on it. In my experience, if they refuse a food, nothing can induce them to eat it. I didn't try to feed them Smalls exclusively like the company recommends - only for the evening meal, because I can't switch to Smalls exclusively due to cost. Four cats eat a lot of food! Also, for me to order Smalls in quantity ALL FOUR of my cats must be enthused about it and that didn't happen. It was easy to cancel my order online. I was disappointed that the food didn't work out, but happy that I could finally try the product - I'd been curious about Smalls for a while. If I find Smalls in a store I'll buy some for Luna (the cat who loved it), and I'd buy the treats too - those were a hit with all four cats. I recommend Smalls because by all reports, the food is high quality, it's easy to handle orders online, and the company was responsive and easy to deal with. By all means try your cats on a sample pack - maybe they'll love it like Luna did.

Love the human grade recipes
Love the different flavors, the broths and the free snacks. It can be pricy however; my cat loves it! I like that they offer different textures as well. Great that it is human grade formula without all the additives of other brand cat food.

Best cat food on the market
I’ve been feeding my cats Smalls for a few years now and I haven’t had any real issues within that time. I had maybe 2 times where there was a mix up but it wasn’t the end of the world and the customer service has been quick to respond and resolve any issues when I’ve reached out. I have one 8yo tuxedo female and a 5yo Nebulung male who exclusively eat smalls. It’s easy to go in and make any changes either to how many packets I want, snacks, broth, etc. I do have one 4yo domestic longhair male who had developed uterine crystals so he’s on a special dietary food to manage that but I mix in some smalls for him since he like it as well. Overall I have no bad things to say and this is the best cat food I’ve found over the years but it has caused my cats to be even more demanding when it’s meal time lol
