I wish there was a comprehensive info page on the site that showed every product, with a description and a photo of the packaging, and its price. I have Smalls sent to my family's cat, and so when I call them to find out what kitty is enjoying/not enjoying, it's difficult to figure what items they're talking about so that I can match it up in Smalls and reorder. In short, provide more transparency of offerings.

I like the size of the packages. My kitty eats it all up! She does not like the fish and not sure why as I know she likes fish. I meant would not touch it. I think she would rather have salmon as a choice for fish. Everything else she loves. I didn't get the liquid gold in the first package and was not available in the 2nd. Wondering if I could get a credit for that. Thank you.

Our cats love the food the problem is. Due to Covid it takes a while to ship. Which I understand but the goal was to feed my cats only this food and there are gaps due to shipping that makes that impossible. I run out and have to wait several days in between. So then I still have to feed them regular cat food. Plus I know this is high quality food but the price is too high and it doesn’t last as long for my three cats. I can buy 2 can food cases that will last me a month or more and cost $30. This last shipment cost me $90 and it’s already gone. I am feeding recommended portions but one tube will get me a day and a half of feeding. They get fed twice a day. I do like this product I want my cats to be healthy and eat the best but it’s just not feasible at this time. I might come back if Covid gets sorted and shipping Is more consistent.

Mr. Grumpy loves the smooth chicken and fish food. He wasn't a fan of the freeze dried food or the chunky style. He is very picky though and I think this is a win for us. I am recommending your company to friends and family with felines.

This is my first time with Smalls. I want to have my senior cat enjoy better health with their natural product. The customer support is outstanding when I had issues with the food and web site. The sample box gave me a opportunity to decide what was best and what he would consume. Making changes to future shipments was easy but due to my browser, I had problems arranging the ship date. This had nothing to do with the Smalls site which was being updated at the time of my problem. I am still adjusting the food as Mr. Kitty (who is extremely fussy)chooses what he will like in the future. I would heartily endorse Smalls for product and service. Oh, I forgot, the selections come frozen and extremely well packed so there is no spoilage.

I wish I could have chosen the products in the sample pack, since I know my cat only like fish type wet foods. She seems to do quite well on it, but I do feel like the food is overpriced.

Team is friendly, and my cat has been enjoying the food. This is only my first full shipment, but things have been going pretty well.

Unfortunately my cats didn't take a liking to it. Two of three of my cats liked the fish and the beef but I needed to add water and heat in the microwave for 10 seconds to make it more gravy like. Also the packaging isn't great so I had to scoop out and move to Tupperware. It's just not really worth the price.
