When I first got it, it did take a few days for my 2 boys to get used to it. They eat it all right up now. Personally I just leave it in the freezer I cut off what I know they're going to eat in a day or two and put in a baggie in the refrigerator. They love the dried food also. I usually mix the two together. My vet even looked at your site when I mentioned it. And he said yes it looks great.

I really like this brands mission. My cat loves the food and she has a very sensitive stomach so the simplicity is helpful to here. Shipping can take a bit and sometimes they run out but hopefully as the company grows this will change.

Smalls have been very flexible with my cat food orders. I just have a challenge getting my cats on board with changing their diet change. I have tried to change my cats food before and it seems to take months not a month. Rather than making the second order so much larger find out more and give more time before reordering food. I have had to cancel with another company because I had too much of the new food and no space to store the food the cats are eating. The wild animals are grateful and healthy to my cats unwillingness to change. This seems to be a good company yet hard to make the complete change.

My cats seem to be enjoying the dehydrated food. My only wish is that it would as not so expensive.

So far Kaiya has liked all but one of the products. My girl is not a finicky eater so I imagine it will just require some time for her to adjust to the freeze dried duck kibble. The only reason I have not given Smalls a 5 star rating is because I would like to see a bit more of the veggies in the food. Kaiya is 15 years old and extremely healthy but too high of a protein ratio could become an issue for her kidney function. She has actually eaten chucks of carrots, kale, green beans, yams, pumpkin and broccoli when it is cooked with the meats. It also helps her with better quality stool production. Really high protein with little fiber results in stools balls that are harder to pass and could lead to digestive issues or blockage . I will be adding cooked vegetables myself but would love to see menu options to offer the older kitties. Additionally I would like to see if there is an option for better packaging using less plastics. I don’t know what to suggest to accomplish that but I would encourage an alternative.

My name is Sneezy Jones. I am a nine-month old kitten and I loves Smalls. In fact, I give it four paws up. My only concern is that it seems the order had so much food in it. I'm a pretty small cat and my humans are freezing the fresh, but concerned how long it will still be good for me to eat. Thanks!

My cat was particularly picky, he seemed only interested in kibble and anything fish. Unfortunately I couldn’t finish the box before he had to be put down due to fluid in his lungs.

Excellent service and food quality. The only issue I have is that my cats are just okay with the wet food, it's the dry food that's their favorite. Ideally, I could order more dry food and less wet food.
