My cat would not eat Smalls no matter how many different ways we tried. Smalls customer service was great and understanding and helped me cancel the subscription.

Though my cat did not eat this food, I had a wonderful experience with the company and it's customer service reps. The food is high quality, I just have the pickiest cat on the planet. It was easy to cancel my subscription and the customer service team followed up to fully understand why I needed to cancel and made sure I could come back at any time if things changed. They provided tips on how to encourage the food change and it felt like they truly cared any my cat, my experience, and their product. I would highly recommend trying them out.

Great company. My cat just can only tolerate very small amounts at a time so it wasn’t a good fit!

We ordered Smalls because of the moisture content and to extend our kitty’s life. She starts crying as soon as it comes out of the fridge or freezer. We ordered two adorable toys (loaves) and she loves those too. Everything is high quality including the box it arrived in. All inserts and marketing materials are so cute, just like you see on the website. Lil Baba was already beautiful but she has become more shiny, feels better and gets the zoomies much more often.

I'm fairly certain that my IG algorithm picked up on our newly rehomed cat and that we were (are) first time cat owners. Oliver seemed to be bored of the plain kibble we had for him - he was not eating or eating very little. A Smalls ad came across my feed, and I signed up for a sample box and the rest was history! Not only does he perk up and plead for his Smalls meals daily, but he's also happier, his coat looks amazing and healthier overall. Thank you, Smalls!

My cat immediately took to the Small's smooth pig recipe. Eats it along with some dry food. He alway licks the dish clean and is very satisfied, I can tell. Better than out of a can which is unnatural.

My cat loved the food from the start. I like it stays in the freezer and its easy to manage. The crunchy puffs are great to satisfy her "crunch" needs. Olivia May is a Ragdoll and I researched what foods specifically are the best for them and Smalls was on the list.

Excellent food!! My cat is very, very picky and smalls is the one food he will eat on a consistent basis. I have literal cases of other foods that he will eat once in a while, but they usually get flushed. Smalls rarely gets thrown away. Thanks for making a great product!!
