I ordered the samples after answering the survey and I thought I was getting several varieties but only one sample(10 of THE SAME) it appears they only have one fish flavor. My cat hates it. I sent a texts and emails and never got a live person to answer. And then I finally got an email telling me 30 more were coming and I was to be charged in 2 days. NO BODY CARES THERE.

Bad experience from start to finish, my cat didn’t like the food, I cancelled any future orders but instead they sent it to me again?, this company doesn’t run this company very good not saying any more except kept getting more texts and emails about more orders being sent?, when it was cancelled?, do not recommend this food or the company and surprised they sent me this to review with all the issues I had with them?,they knew what a hard time I had with the whole process and that my cat hated the food, she didn’t like the treats they sent either? No too expensive for something so bad

I have been a patron of Smalls for a little less than a year and they have always been delivered to my front door, until this last time, when they were delivered to a different building. I went to drive and get it, when I was able to find out where it was, which was three very nervous hours after the text from smalls, letting me know it was delivered. I'll be packages were covered with frost and weren't rock hard as usual, and the box moist from the water that had been ice. I let smalls know about it and asked them to send my order to my home (as usual) but they told me I should talk with my building or put a note on my door. I do have notes on my door, saying it's safe to leave things there because my cameras and neighbors and because I'm home. And to take a picture of the sign or give me a couple minutes to get to the door. I let them know of the condition and sent them a photo but they are not replacing it. I texted them to find out if it's still safe to eat it and they said no. So I'm down over $100, my kitty doesn't have food and I need to find a different company. I don't like making him change foods and I'm going out of town in 2 weeks. This is really awful timing for this company to go downhill. They used a company called ontrack to deliver, which has notoriously delivered things to the wrong homes in my area.

Smalls - Deceptive Business Practices. Shady Shady. AVOID. I decided to buy the Smalls Sampler, a package of 10 cat food items for about $33. Went through the process, answered a bunch of questions about my cats, hit purchase, then, was told that Smalls had enrolled me in their auto-shipment (priced exorbitantly!). It also said I could easily un-enroll on my account page. Ok. I spent 30 minutes attempting to access my account to no avail, even going through the set up process again, only to be prompted to buy the sampler again. I did this several times There is no way to set up an account without making another purpose. I had no confirmation email for the order. Finally I googled "Smalls cat food scam" and lo and behold, I'm not the only one with this issue. Apparently this - not telling customers it's a subscription, not actually giving customers access to their "account" page, has been an on-going issue for at least the last two issues. People said only if you complain loud enough do the Smalls customer service people start groveling and issuing fake mea culpas about their system malfunctioning or whatnot. It's been two years - do you think it's because Smalls didn't fix their bugs or because it's intentional? I texted and emailed the company stating in no uncertain terms to please cancel. They wrote back saying they cancelled, but that I had been notified prior to purchase that this was a subscription service. No. I had not been informed before purchase. Recall I went through the account set up/sampler buying process multiple times trying to get into my account. Smalls customer service just flat out lies. This is a shady business. Avoid.

Doesn't ship to Alaska! why not??? Are we not part of the United States??? screw your company!

None of my card would eat. Even gave to my moms cats and rent would not eat

Did not reorder. My cats don't like it. I gave it away.

I'm living in a disaster area. My wife and I are on a subscription with smalls. They have a money bag guarantee but they won't acknowledge that our cat won't eat four of the new packets that we ordered to try. They can't even give us four things that are cat does like and will eat. I have four less than my budget for a subscription and I feel absolutely screwed by smalls. A Hole s !
