SmallsReviews of smalls.com

I love Smalls for my cat because they offer great quality food that I trust. My cat loves the taste of them. I love the add on options we get because i can choose whether I want to add more to my box every month.

Overall, really happy with Smalls! Our cat seems to love the food and his digestive issues are clearing up. It’s expensive, but we’d rather spend more on something we know he likes and is good for him than spend a similar amount on trial and error with canned food (which we’d been doing for years). Where Smalls loses a star for me is in the product packaging and customer service. I find it difficult to portion things out despite the tick marks; the tick marks are only on the label, so you’re more or less guessing on portion size outside of that. Customer service is another hiccup. The website directs you to text or email, but the number to text doesn’t actually work so you’re stuck waiting on an email back. Fortunately, the team is helpful once you do get a hold of them (as I had to when half of one of my orders was missing)!

Relief to know my cat is eating healthier! She isn't picky with healthy dry food, but she is very particular about her wet food. Luckily Smalls offers a wide variety of wet food, and we're still working our way through the catalogue. As far as I can tell, she likes most of them. Its a very easy process to order and alter if need be. Her old wet food smelled awful, was disgusting to touch and often cut my hand opening. Smalls is easily packaged, so simple to store, and the ingredients appear healthy. I'm happy to feed her Smalls. I wish it was a little easier on the wallet, but nothing is these days and she's worth the quality.

Great food, my cats love the chicken and turkey. However my youngest usually won't eat the beef without mixing other food into it. Overall very happy with the service of Small, and the only improvement I can think of is making portioning easier. It's not much, but it's still just that one extra step for you to do when you first wake up.

I have 3 kittens (3 yo gingers). They love this food! I feel good about feeding it to them. I smells like human food and I can't get it un their bowls fast enough. Definitely recommend.

Quality of the food is fantastic. Both my boys love it. I think there is room for improvement on a few things: - portions: I spent a lot of time calculating portion sizes. For the wet food it was pretty straightforward, smalls provides estimated number of calories per day and clear calorie markings on the wet food. It was the freeze dried food that I had to estimate (and ended up running out of!) - packaging: I found that the best route is to have a designated container to transfer the wet food to. This is cleaner than trying to scrap the plastic every feeding time, and even though we lose the markings on the bag we can still estimate by dividing into even portions. - customer support: I’m happy to give lots of leeway in this area since it’s a small, growing company.

Amazing product. When it comes to the food itself, my cat loves it and I can tell he's growing very healthy. One reason why I gave 4 stars is because there is no clear direction on how much to feed a kitten based on weight. I started giving Smalls to my kitten when he was 8 weeks old so he was really still a developing baby. Still is and smalls won't allow you to have a delivery with less than 12 packages which at first seemed like too much but ended up realizing it was just enough. At least you can edit the frequency of delivery so that was my solution, to have a larger gap between deliveries. The second piece is the packaging. I don't know why it's so bad but the corner you're supposed to peel never actually peels and I have to use scissors every time and it's messy.

Our cat loves the crochet toy and chicken. None of the crunchies or turkey would our cats eat. Beef was also good . Reordering online was a challenger and a little less than easy.
