Cat absolutely loves the food. Just by looking at it you can tell it is much healthier. It has also gotten ride of all my kitties gas! (The best part)

Everything about Smalls was great,delivery, food quality, and customer service. Unfortunately my kitties simply wouldn't eat it.

Smalls is amazing! I never thought I could get my boys off friskies, I’d tried so many different kinds of food and they wouldn’t eat them but they love Smalls! The process they recommended for transitioning from their current food is super easy and helpful, it might take awhile but trust me, eventually they’ll get used to it. My cats have been eating Smalls for just over a month now and the most noticeable differences so far are that their litter box is wayyy less stinky, and my slightly chunkier cat seems to have slimmed down.I feel good about feeding my cats this food because I know exactly what’s in it and it’s got lots of benefits of a raw food diet without the mess. My only issue is that it’s a bit spendy but I think that it’s worth it!

My cats have taken to the wet food very well and I couldn't be happier! Our senior was diagnosed with diabetes and I'm confident that I am giving her a more biologically appropriate diet to support all her needs. So far, the dry raw kibble hasn't been truly accepted but that's okay. We will keep trying to introduce it in small batches with their current kibble and hopefully make the full transition in the next couple of months. I really like how easy it is to customize your shipment and that your pet's food comes straight to your door. The orders are well packaged and the insulation is eco-friendly!

I cannot rave about Smalls enough! My kitten LOVES Smalls, and she especially loves the treats! Their customer service is the absolute best out there. I’d highly recommend them to any cat owner!

My cat has been eating Smalls for four months now, and I have nothing but positive feedback. First of all, I want to note that I read every single terrible review on here, and believe every single one was due to user error, or VERY UNDERSTANDABLE technical bugs on a relatively new website/business. When my cat's first sample box came, it included the freeze dried raw food. This is the only thing she still refuses to eat, but that's fine as there are plenty of other options. Everything else, she took some time to come around to, but did. I did end up needing to simply let her not eat for a day without giving her something else. This is not animal cruelty, cats are animals and are perfectly capable of going a day without food, especially when it is of their own volition. For the first couple of weeks, she really didn't get excited about the food and I was nervous she wouldn't take to it. After I gave up on the freeze dried raw, and gave her frozen in the am and her old kibble at night, she got super into it. I immediately switched to the fresh and dry box, with Smalls' kibble. My cat likes all the flavors but I recommend turkey the most - all three have a pretty strong smell. It is extremely reasonably priced and filler free. Now, my cat wakes me up in the morning when I sleep past her breakfast time, and meows nonstop while I fill her bowl. She loves the fresh food and seems just fine with the kibble. Her coat got noticeably healthier after I switched. Her breath is great. Her poops are a lot less stinky as well. I also cannot say enough positive things about the entire customer service team - the 'cat concierges' at Smalls. I have had plenty of technical bugs, and the wrong product one time due to a shortage. Each time, I reached out to the team via email and heard back the same or next day. They resolved all the tech problems quickly and the website has recently become a LOT smoother and more user friendly. With my wrong item, it happened to be my cat's least favorite kind of fresh that I got, instead of her favorite. They gave me the option of resending a new one with alternate choices right away, or getting my next box with a credit. I chose the latter, my cat toughed it out and ate the perfectly good food that she has too many opinions about, and next month my box was almost free. The customer service team has also gone above and beyond in answering extra questions about portion sizing, behavior, and nutrition. (I guess I should also add that my box always comes on time and everything is at perfectly cold temperatures inside their eco-friendly packaging!) If all this wasn't enough - you also get stickers!!!
