Amazing customer support.

While it took a while for my cat to adjust to the new freeze dried food, she has ended up loving it. Of course she goes nuts for the mince and pate. That was a given. Right now she eats a combination of either freeze dried or simply cooked kibble in the morning and then pate/mince at lunch and dinner time. It's the right amount of calories for her and I feel comfortable with the nutrition.

staff is super helpful and friendly, making it easy to get my Smalls delivery. Kitty finally is eating her Smalls and I feel so much better about feeding her this healthy alternative! It took a little coaxing and mixing to get her to enjoy but her breath is better and I am sure this will affect her positively over the long-term

So far my cat really loves the food. It’s was great to have it shipped right to my door and also awesome that you can customize each order based on what you need that month.

My two cats love both the fresh food and the freeze dried raw. They are both just over a year old and had some GI issues when then were first adopted. This food agrees with their bellies and they seem happy and active with the good food. The litter box reflects their improved GI health and that makes me happy. Also, Smalls is very responsive to questions and even texted me before my first order was shipped. I texted back, expecting a canned, robot answer but a real person was on the other end! How great is that?

The food arrived in good condition. I followed your instructions on how to introduce the food, etc. However, my cat will not cooperate and refuses to eat any of the food at all. Stupid cat does not know what's good for her.
