I've only been a customer for a short time. So far, everything has been wonderful. The online system is very easy to use to customize each order, the customer service has been stellar, and, most importantly, the food is very high-quality and my cats love it.

So my one cat has been very picky about wet food. This is the first thing she’s cleaned the plate for. We are also trying my cat with allergies on the food to see how he does. The formulas have fewer and better ingredients than regular cans. While shipping dates are not the greatest especially around the holidays, it is certainly worth the small inconvenience. As a company that is still growing I am excited to see what comes next.

So far so good! My cat loves the food that comes from here. She likes the chicken and beef pate. I also buy the dry kibble from Smalls and it helps stretch the wet food. The company is transparent with their ingredients. It can be expenseive depending on what food you choose. The box shipment have remained cold and the food is frozen which is a good thing.

Yes, it's on the pricier side, especially if you have multiple cats, but the quality is top-notch and I'm already noticing changes in my cats' health after one month. If you can swing it, I highly recommend Smalls. Also, their customer service reps are awesome.

My overweight cat Sanders has lost 2 pounds (19 to 17 pounds) in two weeks on Smalls! At first she wouldn’t eat it, but once she started, she loves it, both dry kibble and the wet ground meat. She’s friskier than ever and not throwing up, plus her poop isn’t so stinky!! I’m chronicling her weight loss in case Smalls is interested because I’ve been trying to get slimmed down with healthy food and activity for 5 years since she was a kitten, and I’ve had cats my whole life and never a fat one, so it upset me to see her so unhealthy. My cat loves all the meat varieties including fish and I love she is eating healthy protein. Also, I like the convenience of receiving her whole lot of food at the comfort of my home

I've had a great experience with the company, but unfortunately my cat has decided she doesn't love it as much as in the trial run. Hoping some of the other flavors I bought are more successful, but she hasn't been interested in the first two tubes in this round.
