This is a rare review for me (so please bear with me 😀). I have always been a fan of the raw cat food plan, and wanted that for my Yoshi. Yoshi is a Hylander Lynx who’s main diet is raw meat. After taking a lot of time doing my research, I came across Smalls company. My main concern was if my kitten would truly love this cat food. After following the recommendation of transferring my kitten’s regular food to Smalls, she was hooked. After a week, Yoshi’s fur was so so soft, her poo does not have any odor (in fact, I had to keep checking her litter box to see if Yoshi was using it 😂), and her energy is off the charts—I love it 🥰! The concierge service are like my genie 🧞‍♂️ in a bottle. Yoshi wasn’t a fan of the fish 🐟 food, and after contacting the concierge about that, the orders have been better. The concierge totally understood that Yoshi can be finicky, and have been going above and beyond to make sure not only the my kitten gets every satisfaction, but me, Yoshi’s fur mommy. Smalls is a young company, that will change a lot of people’s perceptions of what quality cat/ kitten food should do for your fur babies. Thank you Smalls 🙏🏽🥰😺

I love Smalls- they have been so helpful in dealing with my cats needs. I've lost two of my old kitties and still have one more. I feel good that I gave them the best food for their health and age. I highly recommend them 👌

Smalls is a great company. I really wanted to try the food because of the human grade ingredients and the way it's cooked and frozen, so I tried them. Unfortunately my 16 year old cat Dumplin was not as impressed as I was with the food. She would eat a couple bites and walked away. I tried adding water and heating it up and all the other suggestions but she still would not eat it. I contacted smalls via email explaining Dumplin was not eating the food. They quickly responded apologizing and cancelled my future shipment. Customer service is fantastic, shipping and packaging was great.

I ordered Smalls for my very finicky Bengal cat Max. It probably wasn't the best time to try to change his food. He's had a few digestive issues recently. I thought it would be helpful but instead, he wasn't agreeable to any change. I decided to cancel the next order & my subscription until Max is in a better position to change his diet. I emailed Smalls expecting to have a problem. I had read a couple of reviews that gave me reason to be anxious. I had heard of shipped unwanted orders etc. I sent the email expecting to be in for a fight to stop any further charges on my debit card. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a kind & caring email response. I was asked a couple of questions in an effort to gain understanding. I answered the questions. I immediately received another response to let me know my subscription was canceled. There was no delay. There was no problem canceling. I was treated as well when I canceled as I was when I began my relationship with Smalls. I believe the food is worth every penny & worth the extra steps it takes to feed my Max. As soon as I feel he is ready, I will try Smalls again.

My cat Henny seems to really enjoy the food. So far she has been on this diet for a month and the most noticeable thing is her coat is so much nicer. I had a few hiccups with my orders which their customer service team fixed for me almost instantly. Great job guys.

So far ive had a great experience with customer service. They've answered all my questions and have addressed all my concerns. I did not recieve some kibble i added to my order so i contacted customer service and they refunded me. As soon as the order shipped i received it the next day. The food was frozen, everything was packed well. Everything was good. My cata are still getting adjusted to it. One of my cats loves it already and it's only been day two. My other cat is more picky but he is slowly eating the food. Im looking forward to my next order 🙌 highly recommend.

The pandemic left me, like many, not only alone but lonely... so I adopted a 14 year old shelter orange tabby cat named Caesar. He'd been abandoned by his family of 9 years when they had to move away and could not keep him. When I saw him he was weak, depressed, heartbroken, tiny and just old. But, so sweet. I brought him home and suffered over WHAT to feed the "Old Gato" and after MUCH RESEARCH...feel that I was led to SMALLS. And I/we have not been disappointed. I was actually afraid little Ceasar might have some cognitive issues he just seemed so fragile and OLD... But No!!! After our initial trial SMALLS pkg, we decided on the ground bird as his FAV and seriously within weeks... his coat became smooth and shiney, his temperment more alert and his STRENGTH returned!!! With a vengeance LOL... He now bounds up on my "way high off the floor" bed, where before he "cried" to lift him up. I gratefully credit the quality and formation of SMALLS cat food and oceans of love with his TOTAL turn around. Further, SMALLS Customer Service has been wonderful. We ran in to a few hiccups with shipping and MISC and ALL was handled efficiently and with CARE. CAESAR and I are TEAM SMALLS for the long term and recommend with complete confidence, these cat foods and this company!!!

The support staff at Smalls are absolutely phenomenal. Unfortunately my extremely picky cat would not try anything new. The staff had ideas that I tried but no luck. They were great at cancelling my order and responded to my request immediately. The food smells and looks really great and I really thought this one would work.
