SmallsReviews of smalls.com

My cats loved the food! It’s so good to them they refuse to eat anything else!! My only issue is their communication and customer service. I haven’t had the best of luck. Besides that it’s definitely worth it :)

I have been absolutely impressed by the quality and benefits of this fresh cat food! The packaging is fantastic from the box with dry ice to the peel open food packs! My cat has loved chicken recipes and has lost 3 pounds since starting on it a few months ago and has been so much more of her happy playful self! The only reason I couldn’t give all 5 stars is just that my order has been incorrect, my trial order was late due to warehouse issues, and it’s really quite expensive though it’s worth it! The communications or customer service team does a pretty good job of fixing issues though it can take a little time for them to respond! My biggest thing on that is that they always make it up to you by including a discount or refund into your account so that really helps! They also include free treats with the subscription and my cat has really liked the treats we got which also have some catnip too so she’s ready to play after a good treat! Overall smalls has been absolutely worth it after seeing my kitty fall in love with the food and reap some really good health benefits from it so I would absolutely recommend it!

Their food is great quality. One of my cats devours his food! He only likes the chicken. I really like the packing. The insulation dissolves in water!! I don’t really like subscription based services, but i am committed to it now. Also, there is no phone number to talk to someone, only text. Typically their customer service responds quickly.

My cats really like your food. I don't know what bird mix means. Maybe you could clarify that. It makes me think of sparrows and crows, but I'm sure it's not that. I can't afford to feed my fur babies like that all the time, but I just can't afford to. I like that they come frozen so I can defrost as needed. I'm confident that this food is probably far better than the scraps they probably make that canned food out of on the market. Thank you

I have a cat that has a sensitive tummy who had issues with loose stool and vomiting. Ever since changing to Smalls fresh food those issues have completely gone away.

I started my 2 cats on Smalls when one of them developed some gastro issues. It has been amazing and they LOVE it, even my super picky eater took to it immediately. My new epileptic foster kitten now goes nuts for it also!

My cat absolutely loves the bird and the other bird food, especially in the pulled format. He always does a little zoomie every time I gave him a taste of these. The cow is a hit or a miss, although he seemed to really like it in the beginning. I think they might have changed the cow recipe recently, and those ones my cat are meh about.

Overall, Smalls has been really wonderful for my kitten. I wanted to start her off with some super fresh food and she loves it. I have to keep her from tricking my wife into giving her secondses. I've only had one shipping issue and they were quick to address it- I love to support small businesses! The crochet toys are an added bonus, my kitty can't get enough.
