I love this brand and I think this is such an innovative way to get food for my cat! Unfortunately, my cat is very picky and loved Smalls for the first couple of days, but after awhile got bored of it. I did cancel my subscription, and the Cat Concierge were so nice, understanding, and helpful!

Started with the sampler and at first it was looking like our three cats were not interested. Then came the ground cow and our cat who has gotten so skinny and ratty over that last couple of years started putting on weight! His fur even got shinier and less matty. No scarf and barf either. This is so worth it for our cats.

The Smalls team was absolutely wonderful and worked with me when we had to pause our subscription due to an illness (not caused by the food). I texted and explained the situation and they got back to me within a couple hours, refunded me for the current month and truly seemed concerned about Phoebe. Great company to deal with.

In our most recent order, we discovered we were missing some items from our order so I reached out to smalls via email and they were AMAZING!! They responded within minutes, were very understanding and got an order started right away to send us our missing items by next week. We couldn’t be happier with the customer service smalls provided!! Our family, and especially our kitties, are very grateful for the hard work and compassionate care they bring to their customers in addition to their fast communication and great shipping time (and can’t forget the great food!!). First, my cats are nuts I mean NUTS for this stuff. Skeptical of each new flavor at first but after one meal of each thing they won't really touch anything else. Plus, they dont beg from me like they use to. I've tried a lot of limited ingredient cat foods. When I 1st started smalls it was a little bit confusing but whenever I got in contact with the customer support they were always extremely kind, helpful, and friendly and did everything for me. Now that they have their website up and running it's so easy to use and to change your orders or try to get them sooner whenever you need.
