Had a issue with our shipment and the food may have thawed some before delivery and our cats just were not having it. Within a day smalls has given us credit and started the process of sending our next order asap so our little ones don't go hungry. Overall we are very happy with smalls and their customer service. Would recommend Smalls, great product and great customer service!

I had trouble getting my kitten to eat Smalls food, there were some things that I needed answered. When I contacted support, not only were they willing to help, instead they aimed to go above and beyond. This was not only help, but to be kind ! They were very friendly, suggestive, accurate, fast to answer, and just overall awesome ! They did whatever they could to make sure I was helped, and happy during the process ! I could not have asked for better customer service at all, thank you so much to everyone who helped !!! 20 out of 10 !! :)

The Smalls team has been wonderful! Extremely responsive and helpful. You can tell they acre about their customers experience. Their food was amazing for our Savannah cat. He had non stop diarrhea until I started giving him Smalls. Completely fixed his tummy... Highly recommend!

Great company! Although my picky eater wasn't sold, I could see the food was excellent quality and fairly priced. I had to cancel due to my cat, Keanu's noncooperation with the new food. They could not have been nicer. It was easy, efficient, and pleasant. That's hard to find nowadays. I continue to try to expand my Keanu's diet form commercial canned food to a natural, healthier option. I am grateful for honest companies like Smalls that seem to really love cats!
