SmallsReviews of smalls.com

Being completely honest, smalls is the only company I trust and recommend for cats. They came to the rescue after being scammed by a company similar. I was so happy to receive a full, nutritious, and informative box of food for my sons. My cats are extremely important to me and I felt smalls understood that importance and really put care and effort into their product. Thank you smalls!

I was really nervous to try fresh food for my cat that would arrive frozen because if it arrived warm, I’d have to throw it out. Smalls totally understands this! I had food arrive but I wasn’t home to pick it up off my porch. It was warm at I had to throw it out. All I had to do was text Smalls customer service and with that one simple text, the Smalls crew sent me a complimentary replacement. It was SO easy and the texts I get back always feel so personalize. I want the best for my cat and Smalls totally gets that! I recommended them to everyone! Make the switch—you and your kitty will love it!

My order arrived at room temperature. I expressed my concern to Smalls. Their response was immediate. To paraphrase, “discard the order a replacement is on the way assuredly frozen”. Which I am VERY pleased to report I’ve received today, 4 days later exactly as promised with no additional cost to me. My little buddy Blu is a happy camper. THANK YOU!!!

I tried to feed my kitty the wet foods, but he would not eat wet it. He wanted Kibbles. Was glad when I found that Smalls also offers Kibble so now he is happily eating Smalls kibbles. Getting real food after all. Thanks to Smalls for the easy change for my kitty.

Smalls is great. The folks who work at Smalls are very accommodating, very responsive. When I had a question and needed help, they were right there and helped me. Most importantly, though, my extremely discerning kitty finishes his food. What more could I ask for? I feel good about giving him this food, and while it's not exactly cheap, it's not inaccessible for this working musician, either.

I contacted the customer service text line for Smalls and spoke to a wonderful Cat Concierge named David B! He was so helpful. He gave me tons of information regarding my subscription and all the possibilities to modify it to my liking. And he handled everything for me! Smalls is a wonderful company run by wonderful people with food your kitty will absolutely love 😻 so don’t hesitate to give it a try.

The food is very fresh and my cat liked it a lot. It smells like real food too; it doesn’t have that pungent cat food smell. By far the best part about this company is their customer service. They are very responsive and helpful.

The customer service is unparalleled at Smalls! I ordered the Sampler pack in early June and unfortunately FedEx was delayed by two days and we were in the middle of a heat wave so my tubes of food arrived thawed and dry ice gone. I texted the company and they replied very promptly with sincere apologies and scheduled a replacement shipment at no charge. Unfortunately, the second shipment arrived in record heat, also thawed. Proactively Smalls texted me to find out how the replacement box fared! I sent them photos and they were once again so sincere, offered to refund my money and try again in the fall or send me a third replacement. I am SO happy I tried again! The third sample box arrived with plenty of dry ice and all the tubes of meat frozen solid. Best part?! My 14 year old super finicky cat who will only eat pate formulas (no shreds for her!) ABSOLUTELY loved the food! Thank you Smalls for outstanding customer support and a great product!!
