The customer service is the best customer service I have ever had! My kitties like the kibble over the wet food and they found a plan that works for me and laser kitty

My cat is a picky eater and loves this food. I am very happy. Our kitty used to vomit after eating. Once we made the change to Smalls, she has not vomited one time.

Ever since discovering smalls my kitties have shown improvement in their energy, their softness of their coats! Also its just undeniable when comparing their ingredient list to other brands that this is exactly what our fur babies should be eating! REAL food not processed food with added ingredients I can't even pronounce or identify. Our kitties only eat what we choose to give them, they do not get that choice and it's up to us to choose correctly if we want our babies to live a life of longevity! Cats commonly die of kidney failure as they age and it's because they cannot process the food we are giving them efficiently. The recipe of smalls I strongly believe will decrease the chance of kidney failure because they will not be having to detox these additives from other brands (they did not tell me this , its just my opinion). They are digesting natural and real ingredients when consuming smalls! I recommend this brand to everyone with fur babies of their own! They are truly onto something great and just all around sincere.

I had a wonderful customer service experience with my first full order. They replied in a reasonable time and fixed my order despite it being past the usual date to change things. Then when I received it, I was still charged the full amount, which they again promptly fixed. You are definitely doing something right:) I'm still working on getting my kitties to enjoy the food. One did and the other did not as of yet. Keep fingers crossed.

Gracie LOVES this food. I was surprised that she went for the pate because she is used to shredded food so when I ordered the sample box, I only ordered two of the pate. It's her favorite, so on our first order, I included more pate.

The staff is super helpful and were very quick to refund my $ when an order arrived in terrible condition. My cat is a super picky eater and they helped me find a food that is good for his health and still something he will eat.

We were running out of Mica's Kibble, I emailed to move up our order. I received an answer right away. Mica's order will ship this coming week. It is the only food we feed him and he loves it. It would have been bad to run out. Thanks for the great product and equally great service!

my order was just delivered.just wanted to thank you for helping me to make it easier for me to provide a better quality food for my cat. i have realized i have been winning a lot for some inconvinence i received previously but im greatful for what you guys do for me and for the other cat parents. sometimes i forget to be kind to things or a company that makes my lot easier and pick on the wrong things that is not right. the solution is to reach out so they can make things right and be kind since they are also making out life easier.
