My cat has had a sensitive stomach issue. Although not cured its better. He likes both the smooth and dry. The direction to heat a few seconds helped. I didnt like that I got another shipment within a week and it was hard to navigate how to change it. It is quite expensive but i will keep at it for awhile with at least my sensitive cat.

I love how fresh the food is, I know my cats are getting the best. Plus the free treats are a plus. I also think the options for delivery are great and perfectly flexible depending on how you feed your cats.

The cats like it but they don't love it, which I guess is good since the one who tends to gorge then vomit has only done that once with this food. The turkey seems to be the winner, chicken next, the beef was eaten grudgingly when they got really hungry and the fish just sat there until we gave it to neighborhood strays. I haven't noticed better fur (we were feeding them quality canned food already) but I have noticed smaller poops (will ask vet if that's a good thing). The site is cute but it would be nice to be able to call someone with questions if needed. The cost is high but I get that shipping is factored into it. I wish I could have more control over shipping amounts and timing. I know it's made to order but ideally I would like to be able to choose a date. 3 weeks is too long and 2 weeks is too short. It's not easy finding that much space in our freezer. All in all, the food is good and we'll probably continue with it until we can't afford it or the vet finds issues.

Ordered food and it was stuck with ups for almost a week. contacted Smalls when the order arrived and asked for a replacement order and it was made the next day. great customer service.

My cat loves the food! It comes in great packaging and it’s easy to serve. However, the company does have many issues with orders not being fulfilled on time or not having enough inventory.

I discovered Smalls in a search for high quality wet food for my 2 cats. I bought the trial box and found that though my cats ate all the types, they weren't as thrilled with the ground cow. Since that time we have been purchasing the Chicken and Turkey. My 2 are not picky, so texture is not an issue. The cats LOVE it, and I have definitely noticed a far less stinky litter box and softer fur. My 5 year old has been more playful as well. I can only afford to feed Smalls for 1/2 their diet, so they eat Smalls in the morning and a high quality grain free kibble in the evening. Customer service so far has been a bit slow in responding when I have had questions. It usually takes 2 or 3 days for a reply to come back which, when it looked like my order had been cancelled, left me wondering if I was going to have to run out to purchase new food. I know they are a small company that is growing, so hopefully the customer service will improve with time.
