2 of my cats really enjoy the food. I like that it is human grade ingredients.

the fresh cooked quality ingredients give my cats optimum nutrition and sufficient hydration. They love it (actually, they are not picky eaters); I appreciate the attention to all things cat from superior feeding bowls to cute boxes. With other pet food companies sometimes cats seem like an afterthought but here they reign. The only things that would make this even better is 1. An option to pay more for ethically sourced organic meats and 2. non-plastic packaging. Maybe a wax paper? The kitties love the free treats so much they will open cabinets to get to them. so the treats have to be in the refrigerator. Delivery, website and customer service are all easy to navigate.

I found the food to be good or should I say Moose loved almost all of it. My concern is that it is suggested or required to get a much better price to have a standing order and I can’t really work with that. I mix it with some of my other food, so I can still give him a mixture since that works with my budget.

I began purchasing Smalls cat food about a year ago. The only reason I don't rate them a "5" is because both of my cats think the food is just "okay". They have a variety of chicken, turkey, pork, beef, and fish, in 3 textures (smooth pate, slightly coarse, and shredded). They also have a good selection of freeze-dried kibble, broths, and free catnip treats. The food is human-grade. Delivery, changing items or delivery schedule is easy and accurate. Customer service responds to emails within a few hours. Other items such as toys or food bowls are also offered, but are expensive. Their website navigation needs some getting used to.

You are addressing my concern with one of the pouches of cat food that was not "right". It was rancid. The bad pouch was BB: 10/16/27 6202106 L2 08:05

you need a different container for the pet food...too flimsy
