Came packed well but my cat hates it. I tried but he is so picky.

The food is great. But the packaging and delivery is constantly an issue - every single shipping. When I order broth, it’s jammed into an insulated soft-pack that is always torn and mangled when it arrives, spilling the insulation material everywhere and among the broth packets, at least one always has a broken seal. When I order food, the box always looks like the delivery people played football with it, and - for example - the last one was half soaked, torn open on one side, and four food packets were half-defrosted and nearly spilling out the hole in the box. If I hadn’t seen the delivery arrive, much of my food would have doubtless been ruined. This type of occurrence isn’t the exception - it’s absolutely normal. Again, I love the food, but delivery issues, if continued, will likely push me to a different company.

Smalls looks and smells great, I have an exceptionally picky eater, and I have been through many different foods that he won't eat. I would suggest others give smalls a try, don't take my review as saying this product isn't good, it just didn't work for Oswald, AKA Ozzy.

I have only one cat. It would be great if you could offer a smaller portion size and/or a smaller order size. I’ve been having to throw away 1/4 of each food package because my cat just can’t eat it all within the five days from thawing.

Everything was packed very nice, but my cat wouldn’t eat any of it. They delivered it to the wrong address first time. Then when I did get it, I had to give it away

There is a stray cat that lives outside inmy backyard. I feed her food my cat won’t eat,I also by friskies caned food for her. The smalls Ghost won’t eat I put out for her, she has a great appetite. I can’t afford to by smalls for her as well but she still gets a bit of it😻

Overall, their food is of great quality and very nutritious for my cat. I would love to see the prices come down, so it was more affordable.

My cat seems to like some of the flavors. I find the website hard to change an order and you cannot order without starting a subscription. I plan to cancel.
