My cat wouldn't eat your food. The exception is Bird Nip. I'd buy more of those if offered.

We have a Mainecoon that had part of his intestine removed. That's when we started looking for better food. We've been having a battle with shipping for the last 2 or 3 months. First they delivered to the wrong address and all we got was 10% off. Them they delivered the package by the mailbox instead of the front door, making easy for people to still it. Them next order was prepared, sent by FedEx and it didn't make it. They sent it again and the day that was supposed to be here, it was still in another state, making so the food wouldn't be good. I contact smalls and they gave me a discount for the next package. They send it and it got to the city destination, but them, the day that was supposed to be here, I looked on the tracking and it FedEx site said " can't deliver it because the package is damage. This time I try again to contact smalls and they didn't answer. I've seen another reviews and it seems like a lot people are having problem with delivery. At this point, it's not worth the headache anymore if they don't change their carrier.

I wish this let me upload the video of how bad this cat food is, not all the types only the bird ones, the cow has been sealed and fresh while any of the bird ones are not sealed, looks like low quality expired bird ground up into a hot mess of freezer burnt, this just came in two hours ago and this is my second time reaching out to the company. They have a quality control issue and would not buy this product for the how much the charge, even if it was free I would not trust feeding my cat the Bird products. Look them up on recalls and the bird products had a recall in 2021

The "sample" introductory shipment was followed WAY TOO SOON, by an absolutely giant, hugely expensive "regular" shipment. It felt predatory. Just be really careful if you do the intro deal. They'll rush you another giant expensive shipment if they can. At least that's what they did to me. On top of that, my cats aren't exactly digging the food either.

I don’t know why but my cat refused to eat the food so Smalls just was not for him. The product was just not what he wanted. He prefers food that has gravy and meat pieces , not all ground up

I ordered the 30 day trial set. My cat didn’t like it. She’s not even that picky, she can eat any kind of food. Smalls also smells kind of funky. I followed all their suggestions of slowly introducing it, mixing it with hot water, broth, adding treats, etc. My cat only licks it and leaves the food dry like cement. It doesnt look appetizing at all. They told me that it takes time and I passed the 30 days and no longer qualify for the refund. It’s been 3 months now and my cat still doesn’t like it.

Product/food is good but it’s a challenge to change subscription and I was charged for product I didn’t want and I expressed I had way too much product from my last order and pushed back my next date in my account but it didn’t change my delivery date. Major software gap! They told me to either have my neighbor store the food order donate it to a local rescue. No accommodation or consideration on a refund or partial refund even though their poor software cause an order I didn’t want.
