This is a great brand of food and they make it very easy when getting your cat food by having it come directly to your door!

Healthy delicious food, my cat goes crazy for it! Very good shipping insulation as well. Food remained solidly frozen even though I picked it up from my front desk 3 days later.

My most recent shipment was delayed in the mail, and after the package was damaged in transit it was discarded. As I’m almost out of this food this was an emergency. My cats wake me up every day, and yowl for this food while hearing me to the fridge to get it for them. I contacted support and had a new shipment ordered for me same day. Fantastic support and food! Also my kitties with a bit of extra weight slimmed down on this food and their fur got glossier and way softer!

The user experience, branding, customer experience team, and product are all exceptional. It's apparent that your entire team really takes the time to think through the design and success of the entire business. Couldn't be happier! :-)

We’ve been very happy so far. The food looks like real food and actually smells like it is supposed to (e.g. the ground turkey smells like cooked turkey meat). We have four cats. One has always preferred dry kibble, and so she isn’t thrilled with the fresh food, but she likes the freeze dried food. The others clean the bowl each meal. It is pricey, but we feel it is worth the cost. As far as the negative reviews regarding “deceptive practices” and pricing, the website clearly says you will be billed and shipped automatically for a full order when you sign up for the trial. It tells you exactly what is in that order, when it will ship, when you will be billed, and how much it will cost. Granted, it doesn’t tell you that until AFTER you order the trial, but it also tells you how to cancel your order, and you have plenty of time to cancel after you receive the trial shipment. My only complaint is that the website doesn’t function very well. However, the customer service people are very responsive, and have helped to fix any issues that have come up.

Their customer service is excellent. I had issue with my subscription and David helped me and resolved the issue right away.
