SmallsReviews of smalls.com

Absolutely love the product (as does my cat. She reminds me loudly at dinnertime). Thanks a million to that one person open enough to leave a review about Smalls saving them from horrifyingly stinky poops. They convinced us to give the product a try, and now we too have a kitty whose poops went from deathly to healthy. My only complaint would be that Smalls needs to give their website a little TLC. Finding product descriptions is unusually difficult.

I trusted Smalls car food to help my fat cat loose a little weight. To his benefit and mine, he accomplished so much more. First, he loves the food but at least it is lower in calories, and most important the cat box has no odor. This is a big deal. His other food has bad box odor smells and I greatly appreciate the cleaner fragrance. So thank you Smalls for a better cat food and a better cat box.

So far, my cats love Smalls.

I ordered a trial of Smalls wet cat food based on very high ratings on various sites. The food arrived in a sturdy package filled with dry ice, so it remained frozen, despite its journey. I had high hopes for this food, since I wanted to wean my two cats off canned seafood, with all the heavy metals in it. (I do not want my cat to become dyslexic :-)). To my disappointment, my cats shunned the new food: one completely, the other would nibble and walk away. I manage to use one package in several weeks, with most of it going to a semi-feral neighborhood cat, who seems to love it, but he will eat anything. :-) While my cats turned their backs on Smalls (literally), I have only good things to say about this company. Delivery was great, answers to my questions and requests were very prompt, and when I asked for a refund, it was quickly granted. Alas, my cats seem oblivious to these positives. Oh well - they always go their own way. :-)

My cat is making the transition to this food, so I had to alter my initial subscription. The company's customer service rep was very helpful. No problems at all, smooth transaction.

I have two cats, Harlequin and Smoky. Harley is blind and picky about the texture of her food and Smoky has an unknown allergy that causes her to scratch at her own face. Ever since switching to Smalls, Smoky has really cut down on scratching herself. Whatever she's allergic to must be okay of the process of regular canned wet food. And the company makes it so easy to alter what comes in each shipment so I can adjust the food I get for Harley as I figure out which ones are a texture the blind child dislikes! Both also seem to have less skin issues now that we've been on Smalls for a couple months. Happy cats, happy cat parents

I'm so glad I found Smalls kitten food. Strika could not tolerate OTC foods no matter what I bought, she was hungry and had dirareah, her breath smelled awfull. But as soon as I changed her over to Smalls kitten food her breath cleared up, She no longer has bowl problems and I must tell you her poopoo does not smell to high heaven any longer. I now have to look in the litter box to see if she has been there. Thank you Smalls.

This company is simply AMAZING in every way. Their products are really good, I can see it in the way my cat looks, walks, behaves and thrives since we started feeding her with smalls. Not only the food is great, costumer service is beyond my expectations, clear communication, friendly, empathic. They adjust to my cat needs, always a prompt response to my emails. Today I received a call from Jose just to check on how we’re doing with the transition, I’ve never seen a company so involved with their clients. Yes this food is expensive but the whole experience and the quality they provide is worth every penny. Keep up the good work, thank you for a great experience/product!
